I'm the CEO of a small agency dedicated to work in all areas in today's modern and digital world.

We improve the visibility of companies and products, build strong digital brandings for our clients, create unique websites and excelling ads on Google and social media. We specialize in creative works and are the go-to agency for startups and newly founded as well as established mid-sized companies.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to receive a full-fledged, beautiful, user-optimized and convincing design for a website we were going to build.

The ability to communication excellently and our perceived working-quality were two of the main factors we decided to hire the Che IT Group for this job.

The communication was based on professional two-sided communication. Important details, an existing strategic build of the site and our expectations have been communicated clearly, in return we received professional questions for anything that was needed from our side.

After a couple of e-mails only everything was rolling and the Che IT Group got to work. Shortly after we received a first draft and they communicated further content on the site-to-be-created.

After a communicated change we'd like to see, our needs were implemented and we then received the full product on the due date - with 100% satisfaction.

Initially the communication took place between me and our contact at Che IT Group. She sent everything of to their assigned project manager, with whom we then proceeded with our request.

The communication was still perfect and professional. She managed our project satisfyingly and communicated with the assigned webdesigner in their team.

The delivered concept/web design allowed us to easily build a beautiful and professional webpage based on the Che IT Group's work - our customers were very happy with the end result!

The polite, competent and fast communication. I felt that they understood us and took our needs into account perfectly. The end result was accordingly satisfying. Seldom have I seen such great work and collaboration with an offshore company.

We’re an active and very positive Facebook community for Russian speaking people who live abroad or like travelling. We discuss interesting topics, such as the daily life of immigrants, send each other postcards with greetings from all over the world, play games, have competitions, and much more.

Our community is fairly young. It was only created in November 2018, and, up until now, we haven’t had any ideas for the type of branding, logos, and color scheme that we wanted to use for our community. We started to think about it once the community reached 25,000 participants. I reached out to Alex (Co-Founder, Che IT Group) to see if he could help us design a brand background picture and logo for us.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to come up with a brand name and a logo to help us reach new people. We wanted to tell the whole world our story and help people connect. In other words, we wanted to advertise our community to more people.

How did you select this vendor?

I’ve personally worked with Alex and his team in the past, so there was no question about who to contact and who would be the best fit for the task. I already knew that he and his team are the best in their field!

After we described our requirements, we had a few catch ups with the project manager and the designer to choose the best idea and discuss our needs in further details. We had a few ideas in mind that we worked through with the team, and together, we picked the best idea. On completion, we also got detailed instructions and guidelines on how we could alter our background photo and logo in Photoshop if needed.

We had a project manager and a designer allocated for this task. Additionally, Alex was overseeing the progress himself.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’re a team of six people managing this community on Facebook, and I can tell that everyone on the team is very happy with the outcome. We haven’t yet presented our new branding to our participants, but I’m 100% confident that they will be impressed as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with the team was very effective. We collaborated primarily via chats and email. It was a bit challenging considering that all six of us are spread all over the world and in different time zones, but Alex’s team exceeded my expectations in terms of their delivery. They were responsive and patient, and frequently made valuable suggestions. They also gave detailed, step-by-step instructions for editing the images.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by their communication, technical expertise, and readiness to jump into work at any time. They were also committed and focused, and always had a positive attitude.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We’re very happy with the team’s work on this assignment, but, of course, there is always room for improvement. Just like everything else in life, learning new skills and improving technical expertise is always helpful, especially in our age when there is new technology being created every day.

The webpage was successfully implemented. We organized many events and got them promoted through the webpage. Many participants registered and paid for entrance fees online.

My main point of contact was easy to communicate with and never left any of our requests without a response.

I am the CEO of Step2web. We provide websites for medium and small companies in Norway. We chose this segment because it represents around 95% of the market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Che IT Group?

We produce most of the websites through our own CMS, but when it doesn’t provide a good fit for the client, we will go to Che IT Group for WordPress designs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our most complex project with Che IT Group was for a pizza company. They have five branches and wanted to automate their ordering process, as well as implement SMS confirmations for clients, to avoid false orders. We chose WordPress because we saw it to be a good fit for the client, but Che IT Group can work with other CMS’s. Customers can order directly through the website and there is an Authorize.Net payment solution in place.

Che IT Group handled design work and placed all the content on the site. It was delivered ready-to-go, with the customer only needing to provide pictures and text.

How did you come to work with Che IT Group?

We found Che IT Group through the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Oslo. Prior to this, we had used another Ukrainian company, but they were more into heavy projects and set up their own teams on behalf of the client. They proved too much for our needs, so we went with Che IT Group.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Che IT Group in mid-2015. We have an ongoing relationship.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

All the feedback has been positive, which was to be expected since we kept our promises in terms of deadlines and price. The client is satisfied. Che IT Group has always been quick to fix any problems caused by the client trying to change things themselves. In one instance, the hosting company made upgrades which created problems with some of our functions, but Che IT Group was straight on the ball and worked through the weekend. I have nothing negative to say about them.

Che IT Group is a very orderly team. They’re quick to respond to our emails and task requests.

What did you find most impressive about Che IT Group?

Che IT Group solved our challenge in a very good way. Their principal is a very orderly person and he is able to keep promises and appointments. I only accepted to be a reference for him because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences.

The Norwegian-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization established by and for Norwegian and Ukrainian companies. We work to stimulate commercial cooperation, strengthen relations, and exchange of information and experience between Norway and Ukraine. I am the managing director.

Our organization needed to modernize, optimize, and professionalize our web services to our members and to the public. We enlisted Che IT to deliver our options as we do not have these capabilities in-house.

Che IT was tasked with building up new modern web services. Rebuilding and designing our web page, providing web support, and constant website upgrades. Che IT was also tasked with building up our matchmaking portal, where companies both enlist their company profile and request specific jobs to be done.

The approximate start was around August 2015, and the project is still ongoing.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

A successful redesign of our website was conducted during quarter two of 2016, helping to ensure a more than tenfold increase in traffic on our page. In March 2016, we had 288 visitors per month. In February 2017, we had 3,614 visitors per month.

How did Che IT Group perform from a project management standpoint?

Che IT performs professionally in project management. They have streamlined structure, and we always know who to contact if we have issues. The project management is also detailed in billing.

What did you find most impressive about Che IT Group?

Che IT goes the extra mile. When we organize large events and need extra vigilance and help with landing sites and so on, we know we can trust and get assistance from Che IT, whatever day and time it is.

Are there any areas Che IT Group could improve?

They are a small company, meaning they do not possess the scope of an all-services PR agency. But they are specialized in what they do, and they do that very well. They also provide better prices than an all-services agency does.
