Che IT Group handled the full UI/UX design for our Shopify store. This included creating custom page layouts, designing user flows, and making sure the visuals matched the cosmetic brand’s style. They delivered wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and all the design assets ready for development. They also gave practical recommendations on responsive design and usability, which made the store both beautiful and easy to use.

The impact of their design work was immediate. The store looked much more polished and modern, and users were clearly engaging with it better. The team at Che IT understands the importance of speed, quality, and being available when things are burning. There is no time in the day when we can't reach our project leader to get assistance on things quickly.

We always knew that the team understood what was important in the consumer IT products we developed and operated. We even got great advice on things that can be improved from a user experience standpoint without us even asking or paying for significant input.

The peak of our work together was going on while their HQ was and some places still is a war zone, but they still worked hard and delivered everything. For me, it's hard to point out what could have been done differently. If I had to say something, maybe increase the prices on their senior developers.
