A fully working website with Wordpress CMS that the client can maintain on their own. And that was the main goal for that client.

Always transparant about timings, budget and deadlines. Most of the deadlines where met on time. They were always open for input about certain needs/ideas.

Typing out a certain problem in an e-mail is not always clear in my personal opinion and sometimes it can be more convenient to be able to schedule certain short online meetings. Whereas we now only had a kick-off meeting in the beginning and the rest went via e-mail.

Launch new membership product to monetize existing platform and audience. The deliverables included building out an entire new user journey with accounts, payments, subscriptions and gated content on our directory website. Additionally, it required the implementation of a Memberstack integration with our existing tech stack and automations (webflow, airtable, make, stripe, etc).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Incredible user feedback after we launched it, received our first 5 paying members within the first day after launched and very limited bugs/design issues when launched. Our site is a bit complex with our database and CMS and has a lot of intricacies. We did not run into any issues here and had a very successful launch.

Che IT was incredible at managing the project. I talked directly to the developer and had very quick communications. I had clear instructions for everything, and Che IT Group executed them very well and quickly.

Their ability to take initiative and run with the project on their own. At some points, my instructions were vague, not clear and didn't include design files - the Che IT team was able to work off it and produced incredible work. I'm very impressed with how well they know the Webflow platform as well as all of it's integrations and details.
