They kept popping on our Instagram timeline. We liked what we saw, so we gave them a call. The pricing was great, and they had good ideas for us. We also saw what they’d done for other brands, so we thought we’d give them a shot.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in September 2021. The first campaign is ongoing, and we plan on doing more work with Chamber Media.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We just started marketing the commercials, so we haven’t been able to pull enough data. However, we thought they were great. They were very creative in delivering what we wanted. I’d recommend them to anyone trying to create unique ways to market themselves.

They did great. We communicated over email and Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stood out for their creativity and affordability for small businesses.

Off the top of my head, I don’t have anything.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chamber Media?

We hired to Chamber Media to produce our first-ever high production video ad for use in online marketing.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We checked out a number of videographers, agencies and studios and selected Chamber because of their existing outstanding portfolio which matched the vibe we wanted for our ad spot.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Chamber got to know us and our brand. They offer services to help refine that part of the message, but we already had our spy game on lockdown. They created several original script ideas for the video which they pitched us. We pretty much struck gold on the first round, chose one and then workshopped the script together.

We got a story board, and moved on to casting where we were presented with some AMAZING talent to choose from. We met them at their studio in Utah for filming, including some offsite locations which they had booked. There where as many as 40 people on set and the experience was all turnkey for us as a client. They were tolerant of many rounds of post-production and we ended up with a final product, which was also edited into several shorted sequences for us as we saw fit.

Chamber has a huge and top-notch team, from our ever-enthusiastic and wonderful account executive, to our super-talented head writer. We had a director, DP, entire production team, editors, the works!

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the initial launch of the video, we haven't seen too much action, but we did not use Chamber's ad agency, just their creative team. We're still learning how best to get the ad spot out there, which truly is a fantastic piece of work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was fantastic, and the team was wonderful and highly responsive. The mega-email-thread which was primary communication mode was not as great, because it was very hard to refer back to the earlier conversation - I would recommend a different method. The tool for commenting on the video that they use was highly efficient however, so post-production was great.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The overall humor of the company's videos is a real through line in all of their work. We wanted a particular style that was showcased in their earlier work and we got it! So, if zany and approachable fun is what you want, these are your guys.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mainly the email thread discussed earlier was the main challenge and a collaborative document would have been helpful.

I’m the director of marketing at BetterBody Foods & Nutrition. We bring healthier alternatives to the foods we eat every day. 

We have about 50–60 different products in the health foods space sold across the US and different countries in major retailers like Wal-Mart, Costco, and Amazon.

We were focused on two of our brands: PBfit, a peanut butter powder, and Oatsome, an oat-based milk. We needed help in driving awareness and increasing sales across our various channels.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chamber Media provided the whole creative process in producing video ads for social media and television. Their process included concepting, scriptwriting, shooting, and editing.

After that, Chamber Media provided us with ad management. They built our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. They did all our reporting, and they also assisted with our landing page. 

Chamber Media was responsible for our whole paid media experience. We worked closely with their team to highlight our unique selling point.

What is the team composition?

Travis (Founder) was our main point of contact. We also worked with Cliff (Advertising Strategist), Ellie (Chief Digital Officer), Morgan (Senior Creative), Colby (Media Ad Buyer), and two other teammates.

How did you come to work with Chamber Media?

We stumbled across one of Chamber Media’s ads at a time when we were looking to dive into video ads. We liked their testimonials and previous projects with other brands. In addition, they had a good price point, so we decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $160,000 on video production. For the ad campaign, we spent around $500,000 in total, but that included our ad budget.  

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement lasted from August 2020–May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video ads Chamber Media produced could speak for themselves. In terms of metrics, our internal study indicated a strong correlation between our sales and Chamber Media’s video and ad campaigns.

How did Chamber Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Chamber Media was very organized. They operated very well despite our constrained and relatively short timeline. Their communication was good, and their level of support was excellent. We communicated through email, Google Meet, and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Chamber Media understood our core sales message well, and they intertwined that with a fun spin. They were able to bring our message to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We could have done better on ad buying. However, generally speaking, there weren’t any red flags with Chamber Media.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide as much information about your brand and company, and let their team put their spin on it. It worked well for us when we let them have creative freedom.

I'm a product developer (in other words an inventor) I like to create gadgets and useful home tools that can improve people's life. Video is a great tool to present your product and that is why i was looking for a video production company.

My product is a cleaning gadget. I was looking for someone to create a video that will show my product in action. I was looking for a professional look and to present my product in a fun and entertaining way. My goal was to use the video for my Kickstarter campaign and then later also to use it for ads on social media

I was scrolling on Facebook and started to get all this ads about media companies. By far Chamber Media has some of the most entertaining videos in the their Facebook ads, ( my favorite is the Adfather video) What pulled me in their direction was the quality of the videos and the fun humorous smooth storyline in their ads. That's exactly what I wanted for my video. I was pleasantly surprise to see that they were pretty affordable too. When I reached out they were very nice to deal with and they worked with me and customized a bit according to my requirements.

My first contact was via Facebook messenger, eventually we scheduled a call where we discussed what I needed and what package I should choose. Once I signed up I had an option to write the script myself or have them come up with one. I wrote a script and sent them my product to use for the video. They had to make some tweaks to my script because I had to keep it to one actor etc.... after just 3 weeks I believe they sent me the video. I was very very happy with the results. They were able to present the problem people have and the solution my product is resolving, all while keeping it fun and entertaining. The quality of the video was great and the actress was just perfect, they even included some professional images.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

The project manager I worked with was phenomenal her name is Hanna Kalmar, and she was really on top of everything, kept me in the loop and was totally easy going and friendly. The guy that shot the video was Adam Peterson and he did an outstanding job. The video i got is top quality and i loved the actress as well, she added so much more to the entire presentation.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I'm about 3 weeks from going live on Kickstarter but I have already used some bits and part of the video to create some ads and the results are really good.

They're easy to communicate with. I expected their quick turnaround to result in a bad way, but instead, I was left very satisfied. I was very satisfied. I did request a small edit which they did right away.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of the video they were able to put together. I don't mean only the actual image, but also the script, the scene, the actors and all of this for a very reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There was one little part I wish I could have changed in the video but it wasn't really possible to change it anymore, but I still loved it and that's why I'm still very happy about this project and can't wait for the next one.

We communicate once or twice per week, it might be a meeting, it might be a few email exchanges. All our questions were getting answered in a timely manner

They are a one-stop shop for all of our digital marketing needs.

In general, just getting faster at everything, for example, if an email takes 2 hours to answer it should take 1 or less. Also, give clients more then they asked for, which we already got but I will never say no to more free service / advice!

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a phone call with Chamber Media to discuss the project. Then, they flew from Utah to Kentucky to create our promotional video. They were in charge of planning the filming and managing the talent.

This was a live-action video, so we had actors on-site, and Chamber Media filmed a couple of cars going through our carwash tunnel. The overall video is three minutes long, but it is comprised of several smaller videos. Currently, we’re working with them on digital advertising.

We started working with them in July 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

We’re just rolling the video out now, so I don’t have any feedback regarding its performance. However, we’re very impressed with the work done by Chamber Media. They’re very receptive, and they offer a very collaborative process, getting our input and implementing it into their work. Overall, they’ve been great to work with.

How did Chamber Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Chamber Media has done a great job sticking to the schedule and working collaboratively. We’ve been in constant contact with them through email and phone calls, and one of us is always checking in with the other.

What challenge were you trying to address with Chamber Media?

We wanted them to create a best-in-class commercial that we could use in Facebook and YouTube Ads to generate leads for our clients.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chamber Media did a commercial video for health insurance companies. They listened to our goals, theme, and direction and understood the key selling features to communicate them in a fun, entertaining, and engaging way.

They managed the production and got our approval on everything; we didn’t have much pushback. It was a live video with actors, a location, complete sets, and a script.

What is the team composition?

We touched base with 5–6 people. First, we spoke to somebody in sales, and then we were handed over to an account manager. She was absolutely fantastic. Her receptivity and ability to communicate feedback back to her team were great.

We also had 1–2 conversations with the director, but everything went through the account manager, which we found highly effective.

How did you come to work with Chamber Media?

I found them on Facebook. I saw an ad and did some research on them. They had a great eye for creating compelling video content, so I liked what I saw.

How much have you invested with them?

The production alone was $45,000, not including the media buying.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in May 2021. We had some finishing touches on the last couple of weeks, and the video was completed in August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve run the ads for three days, but we’ve already seen positive ROI regarding our advertising dollars. It’s a positive sign so far, but it’s too early to determine the outcome.

In general, the feedback from people we’ve shown the content to has also been very positive. Moreover, the video’s level of professionalism is a notch above the level of creative content in our industry. It certainly is best-in-class, which was our goal.

How did Chamber Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great at project management. They listened to our goals and feedback and were incredibly timely. Chamber Media had a full schedule, and they were efficient and fast.

Our account manager also did an excellent job at communicating, cooperating, and coordinating with us. We communicated through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They stood out for their ability to execute promptly. Also, they pushed the project along without us having to follow up, when it’s usually the opposite. They were efficient in their communication and what they did.

Overall, their execution was impressive. Chamber Media was an expert at producing high-quality video and engaging content — they were extremely professional.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything to say. They understood what we were looking for and absolutely nailed it.

We were great clients because we knew exactly what we wanted, which isn’t always the case. We communicated our ideas to them, but we let them handle the execution. Moreover, we hit it off with the team and had good rapport and communication.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Content thus far as been a mix, the scripts were great and acting and directing of video were on point, solid 9/10 in those departments. However, video editing has been very poor. Bad coloring, bad text animations and did not follow clearly written brand guidelines. Some of the deliverables have also been late. Eg. Batch 1 vids. Batch 2 is looking like it might be late as well.

I would say this is the weakest link of the package thus far. We communicate only through email. Project manager might be spread too thin over too many projects. Communication is slow and very often, last minute. We'd not hear anything from them for a few days, and then suddenly they'd email us telling us they need us to do this and that within the day itself(or the next) or we'd get late fees. Exact Deadlines are not communicated clearly, and we'd get last minute notifications of said deadlines. planning and communication and be improved here.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Content creation is definitely their strength. Whoever writes, directs, and shoots the videos is doing a great job. If you have a company that has an easy product to sell, and don't really care too much about branding, this is 100% the place for you.

Communication. Faster replies, better planned and communicated deadlines.

I am the CEO of a consumer products company, we manufacture and sell customized gift products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chamber Media, and what were your goals?

We depend on advertising to get the word out about our products, and need high-quality video creative to use on digital marketing channels. We also wanted to start using television advertising as a marketing channel. We hired Chamber Media to help conceptualize and produce several different kinds of video advertising creative for us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Chamber Media had specialized in video creative for paid digital channels, and had worked with a few companies that we knew well. They were easy to work with and understood our challenges.

We started with telling Chamber Media about our products and our goals. Then, we sent them sample products. They came up with ideas, and we reviewed our ideas together and decided on some videos to shoot. They led the process of pre-production, the shoot, and post-production, checking in with us regularly.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We largely worked with Jahden Flaker who did a great job managing our project and helping us produce some great videos. We were able to give feedback to get the videos to where we were happy with them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project resulted in several high-quality videos that we were able to run as advertisements on social media and television. We were happy with the quality and the performance.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and helpful. Communication largely happened over email. Frame was used for feedback on rough cuts of the videos.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were able to create compelling spots within a reasonable budget. They were also awesome and helpful to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The communication and delivery was a little disorganized at times. But when we followed up with questions, they were always answered.
