They are the absolute best in the space!

First we went through the discovery phase where they learned more about our companies mission, purpose, and value. They then put an action plan together that would best help us attain our goals. From there the journey was incredibly smooth. It felt as if you apart of a team and not just a company. Chamber media delivered on all expectations and communication was incredibly responsive.

We worked with Chandler who’s was our project manager and honestly who was nothing short of exceptional. He made this whole process come together perfectly and always was there to assist in anyway possible. We also worked with a creative team, and media manager. The entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still early on in the launching of ads but so far we have been able to gather lots of data in order to know who are target audience is.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had consistent meetings where we would go in depth about our approach and game plan. Chamber was extremely attention to detail oriented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their effective communication, quick turnaround time, and professionalism.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, I think they are doing a phenomenal job. There were times where previous staff had been transferred or no longer with chamber, but chamber was always there to adjust and if anything make our results and experience even better. They were always honest about situations and looked to make the best possible outcomes for our company.

Chamber Media has produced videos for us, where they handle everything from start to finish. They’re responsible for all the talent and script necessary for the videos. They also handle the casting. Ultimately, we’ve produced 12 videos that are all under two minutes long. We’re planning to produce another 25 videos with them.

We work with about 10 people, including the producer, director, creative manager, and other marketing members.

We vetted multiple companies, including Chamber Media. The bigger firms we reached out to treated us poorly. Meanwhile, Chamber Media created a full demographic of avatars before we even signed a contract with them. In other words, they provided us with great value even before we paid them a dime.

Our company has received tons of feedback for the videos. Everybody loves them, and they’re extremely creative. We haven’t launched them to the general public, but we’ll do that soon — the Chamber Media team will handle the advertising of the launch.

Chamber Media’s project management is 100% on point. They never miss a deadline and always stay within our budget. On top of that, they communicate well; we use emails and texts.

No, there aren’t any. The team is stellar.

Don’t restrict Chamber Media’s creative abilities — don’t be a micromanager. If you micromanage, it cuts off their creativity. Apart from that, you should also give them the information they need from you so that you’re not holding things up.

Chamber Media’s project management is amazing. I love their services and would recommend them to anybody. To communicate, we mainly use emails and Google Meet. We have daily communications and twice-a-week meetings.

Honestly Chamber Media‘s referral. Turned out that one of the representatives was also a Jawzrsize customer. I had seen quite a few ads on Facebook that I really liked.

We pull together some Black Friday cyber Monday ads on a real tight timeline. As well as a couple Christmas stocking stuffer type ads. They provided some UGC. I am highly considering taking a mini spot anchor for the next package. Once we complete what we are currently working on.

Becca was my point of contact, she always answers with a timely, professional response. Sho was amazing on the help during scripting.

Chamber Media helped us generate some amazing branding videos. We haven’t push them too hard on the media by side just yet. We are implementing some audiences as we speak though.

Chamber Media is very responsive. They stick to deadlines. They make edits when requested within be allowed time period.

Honestly I really like the quality of the footage. They have grade a cameras and equipment.

The branding side of the video was great. If you are trying to use this type of content for media buy on the social side make sure the your media buying team is involved in the correspondence. It’s all relevant to the type of product or service and audiences you’re trying to appeal to

Our product is new to the Aesthetic Industry so we wanted to create videos that not only explained the technology behind EON, the first touchless, robotic body contouring device - but also educated the consumer on the differences between our competitiors.

I researched viral social videos and spoke to a few companies. We really liked the staff and the vibe of Chamber.

We started with a discovery meeting and then we spent time educating the Chamber Employees on the product. We brainstormed many ideas and concepts and then reviewed the writers scripts. Once those were approved we moved on to picking talent and then send our device to Utah for filming. It was a very easy experience for us.

Chandler, Jacob, Morley and Lucas and Laura are awesome to work with. They get it! So it made the entire process really easy for us.

We have not shared our videos yet but I am sure we will get awesome feedback from consumers.

They’re great! They’ve been doing a great job in communicating with us and keeping in touch without being too much — a lot of creative agencies want to meet all the time, which is kind of taxing. In terms of tools, we use email and video calls.

They have an outstanding balance in terms of communication, which has been making the partnership very easy without them needing that much upfront information.

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on — they’ve been able to execute the work we’ve asked them to with no problem.

Communicate your expectations and goals to them and ask the pertinent questions — every creative agency is different, so they need to figure out exactly what you want from the engagement.

Chamber Media produced, filmed, and edited 10 different videos for us. We provided them with a concept for which they wrote all the scripts. We worked closely together throughout the project to ensure that everything was legally compliant.

We saw some of the commercials that they had produced and thought they were pretty entertaining, so we reached out to them to try to get videos like those done as well.

This project began around June 2021. We’re still working with Chamber Media.

I can’t really say anything bad about the work. Chamber Media has been doing pretty well. 

How did Chamber Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re on top of everything, and they always keep me in the loop about what’s going on. All of the videos are being finished on time as well. We typically communicate over email and use Frame.io to review and leave feedback on the video. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Chamber Media has the ability to make very funny and very creative videos. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

If there’s anything I would do differently, I would’ve changed the way we distributed the concept for the videos. We’ve done 10 videos under one concept, and I think it would’ve been better to do four videos for one concept, and four for another just so we have more variation. However, that’s on us for not thinking it through beforehand. Other than that, Chamber Media has done everything that they said they would do.

Pre-planning is important. Spend a good amount of time making sure that you’re writing a good script. You should also work closely with Chamber Media to guide your brand and concepts instead of just letting them make anything on their own.

I’m the owner of an epoxy coating company. We do coating for garage floors, airplane hangars, showrooms, and anything of that sort.

Chamber Media is working with us to do 12 short videos for us, including actors they hired. They first started with asking us what we wanted and finding what we were looking for. After they got all the details, their team went to the execution phase. They also take care of audio mixing, editing, and other post-production matters.

After they finish the videos, we plan on posting them on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Chamber Media initially met up with our creative team to conduct a discovery process and discuss our creative and content needs. Upon finalizing the project plan, we proceeded with the content production, shooting all the videos at a local baseball field. 

Their team then handled the post-production stages to unify the themes of the videos and incorporate our ad campaigns. We had rounds of feedback sessions to refine the final versions of the videos before deploying these across our channels.

I’m friends with Travis (Founder) and naturally knew about his career path — when we needed a team to help us with content production, I thought about pitching my ideas to my boss and recommending his agency. Chamber Media’s efforts doubled our conversion rates, which led to an impressive drop in our cost per lead. Their production and marketing efforts phenomenally met our standards and improved our metrics.

We communicated via email and phone calls. Chamber Media was an efficient team that kept the process seamless and proactive throughout the engagement — they allowed us to maximize our involvement in the procedure while remaining a reliable partner.

What stood out about Chamber Media’s performance was their creativity and strong capacity to understand the visual needs of our audience. They were also equipped with knowledge on paid advertising — I personally thought it was rare to know both the creative and technical aspects of marketing, so I was definitely impressed with Chamber Media’s expertise.

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO and co-founder of a multimillion dollar, internationally distributed personal care and home fragrance company. When I say it like that, it sounds very impressive... but we're really a little goofy band of Outlaws (20 of us in all) making unconventionally scented products for people who want to smell like campfire, whiskey, leather, and the great outdoors. Since we're scrappy, I do quite a lot. And one of those things is managing our marketing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Chamber Media?

As I mentioned, we're small. And by "small," I mean we have no money. Other companies of our size and revenue have raised lots of VC funds or had some other way of paying for stuff, but we bootstrapped until last year, starting with a whopping $17.45 in start-up costs and achieving where we are right now. But where we are right now is not where we need to be, and we knew that. So we enlisted Chamber Media to make some shoestring budget ads with a data-driven approach (which I love, since I'm a giant nerd).

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I saw a video where one of their team was negotiating a film shoot in a suburb where he was standing naked spinning a sign. I thought "anyone who has the cajones to negotiate with a police officer AND has a need for pixelation are Outlaws, and we need them." So we hired them. I know their price is competitive, and it definitely helps since, as I mentioned, we are very small and have no money. But really, it was their scrappy attitude and willingness to do whatever it takes to make the ad.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

First, there was onboarding. A big questionnaire that I needed to fill out. Which I did. Then we met and got acquainted. It was love at first Zoom, I think. And then we started getting weekly updates from Alicia, the best account manager in the world (love you, lady!). And then I got some UGC videos to look at, I made notes, they made revisions. Very easy to work with, and very responsive to my nit picking. And then they sent over scripts, which I had adjustments to... many adjustments... because I'm a control freak. And the adjustments were out of scope. But they weren't jerks about it.

We had a meeting with the writers and we just nailed down the script on a call. No fuss, no muss. And then last week, we went out to Salt Lake City to play a bit part in our own ad, which was really awesome. Now, I'm waiting to see the next phase... but I am 100% confident they'll be great, since I saw the footage from the shoot on the day they shot it. They're both fun and professional at the same time, which is very rare. I love working with them.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

ALLLLLL OF THEMMMMM I've worked with everyone from the Account Manager to the Director to the Writers to the Sound folks to the Video to the Actor. The only people who I haven't worked with yet are the video editors, but the day is young. I also am working with the ad buyer, whose role is just getting started.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So far, I've had a lot of fun, and that counts for something. The ads haven't started running yet, so it's hard to say results. But I have faith.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Brilliant. As I mentioned, Alicia is amazing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I haven't ever worked with a creative agency before, so I have nothing to compare it to. We've mostly had total editorial and production control over every piece of content, so it was VERY scary to work with someone else with other ideas and visions... but they get us. They really get us. And I think I laugh more during their meetings than almost any other meeting. I really look forward to this work as the highlight of my week... and I get to sniff good-smelling stuff for a living. So, it's pretty good.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Well, yes... they could be in Reno. But that's not really something I should be asking. I just am selfish. But work-wise, no. I think they're top-notch, and I'd work with them again if they let me.
