How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We saw another commercial that they created which incorporated humor and researched the company. There was no doubt that we wanted to work with them

Chambers created the script, incorporated our revisions, hired excellent actors, and did all very quickly

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Alicia, and Kate the director. We communicated our feedback to Alicia, and she was very quick to respond and pass it forward. She was a pleasure to work with.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final product is very, very good, and we are very happy with it. It looks good, well scripted, well directed, and the actors are great.

I can't speak for their internal processes, but I can say that they had a very quick turnaround time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of their work was excellent at all levels.

They are able to help startups save money!

Unfortunately, I got all of the assets at one time so had to wait a long time and this held up marketing.

We hired Chamber to produce video content that will be used across our online marketing platforms. Our goal was for the content to be high-quality and engaging.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed proposals and and portfolios from multiple companies, and the quality of their work was clearly superior.

We started with a discovery meeting to discuss the different video styles and options for scripts. Once a script was in place we reviewed the content and I provided feedback on product features that I wanted to focus on. Once we received the first cuts, I had minor changes requested and then they completed the updates.

I worked with Hannah and everything went very smoothly throughout the creation and editing process.

We are really happy with this content internally and plan on deploying it this Fall!

We communicated primarily though email but also via Zoom to discuss details of our products prior to filming. The response time and tone was always excellent.

They execute the scripts perfectly by clearly understanding the product and features we want to focus on.
