Chakor successfully helped us take BONND from concept to launch with a fully functional MVP. We were able to begin onboarding members, support a waitlist of over 500 prospective users, and continue enhancing the platform after launch. The scope of work includes designing and building a landing page that feeds into a registration/login page with onboarding (Stripe payment plug-in) before presenting the welcome page that is customized with the user's favorite tools and guides, and a menu for accessing all features and settings.  There's a library of all the tools and all the guides, each of the tools and guides have their own page, and the tools offer the ability to save results to in-app project folders setup by the user; individual calculations or entire projects can be downloaded for record keeping.  Every page has a consistent feedback system overlay for quick and easy user feedback, questions, or comments.  The entire web application has been optimized for computer, tablet, and mobile experiences.  Integrated through the landing and onboarding pages, and available through the user settings page are separate pages for EULA, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.  And the registration process offers both e-mail sign-up and Google social sign-in.

Transformed my basic, form-based, functionally-lacking attempt at a web app into a fully fleshed out user experience; complete with user accounts, subscription and payment systems, save/download functionality, intuitive tools pages, and an inticing landing page to encourage conversion for paid subscribers.

The only area that I would mark for improvement through this process has more to do with my own company than Chakor.  Being a startup, it was difficult to keep up with Chakor at times; reviewing and testing their output while simultaneously trying to complete content and backend structures in time for the agreed upon schedule was challenging to say the least.  To Chakor's benefit, they were nothing but gracious with me, and never once was I waiting on something expected from them.

The measurable outcomes from our project with Chakor are mainly related to product development, platform improvement, and the progress of our AI-driven matching system. At this stage, we don’t have full quantitative metrics such as a formal matching accuracy score, user satisfaction score, or statistically significant time-to-match data because the platform is still in an early validation phase. However, the key metrics we plan to track are the time needed to generate a match, the percentage of matches accepted or considered relevant by companies, consultant profile completeness, client satisfaction after the first match, and the number of manual corrections required after the AI recommendation.

While we don’t have large-scale quantitative data, we’ve collected early qualitative evidence that confirms the relevance of the improvements made with Chakor. One example is related to the way company needs are translated into consultant requirements. During internal testing and platform discussions, we observed that the structured matching logic made it easier to move from a generic business problem, such as “we need support in sales growth” or “we need help implementing AI,” to a clearer definition of the type of professional needed, including skills, seniority, area of expertise, and expected intervention.

Core features including QR-based site sign-ins, automated inductions, and SWMS generation are operational and have been tested in real-world scenarios. Key early outcomes include: Significant reduction in manual admin time through automation of inductions and compliance documentation Real-time visibility of worker activity and compliance status via the admin dashboard Successful integration of multiple systems including payments, document generation, and cloud storage A scalable SaaS platform ready for live deployment across multiple sites The platform is now at a stage where it can be implemented on active construction projects, with final refinements being completed prior to full rollout.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Complete Figma design for mobile and web. User authentication, user input space for email, passcode, profile picture. Customer / admin to be able to use credentials to sign in. User should be able to purchase credits. User should be able to see credits used and availble. Admin should be able to refund if applicable. Detection - user should be able to enter car information, upload a picture and ask a question. User should be able to see history. Admin should be able to see all of the accounts and thier histroy. Settings - User/Admin should be able to see profile and details, user should be able to edit thier information. Internal testing, payment/subscriptions, detection, history, settings. Bug fixes, review, client feedback, updates, and signoff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Created an easy to use interface through Figma design and a page where people can use my application. The idea was created using low code, and is functioning. After having a few dozen users, there were no bugs, and I will continue to have more users. The team at Chakor respond to my requests for updating fairly quickly. I am happy with the communication with the team.

Project management overall has been amazing with communicating with thier team of my expectations. They have also been able to complete my requests and updates accordingly.

Our communication with the team felt seamless. Needs/wants were met in a timely manner. I like that they are all knowledgable with software even the PM.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Chakor could have done differently?

Not that I can think of.
