We've received resoundingly positive feedback regarding the production, design and content quality from our digital materials over the past three years, from all of our audiences. This is largely thanks to the strong work and collaboration of the CGI team.

The team at CGI is overwhelmingly client-oriented. They are constantly trying to ensure they fit within the way our organization works. Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

CGI created a series of eight images for us to use in support of a major new piece of functionality we are launching. We needed to communicate a specific message in the visuals used, yet also be entertaining in our approach. We also wanted a common look and feel across the imagery, so the designs would look like they were all part of a family of designs.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

CGI nailed it, on all fronts. Across a disparate set of stakeholders, everyone loved the images created for our campaign. My measure of success is that we accomplished the stated goals - and we didn't have to rip and replace during rounds of feedback. We had minor tweaks, only, in the feedback received from stakeholders. We were finished ahead of schedule, on budget and with a very high level of quality, imagination and polish!

CGI is so on top of our projects. You are assigned a project manager who proactively manages the project all along the way. Meanwhile, the creative talent is able to work the requirements without the overhead of project management to slow them down. CGI is also very responsive. When we give feedback, they listen and quickly translate that feedback into amazing design work.

They will suggest ideas and ways of accomplishing your goals that are truly creative, cost-effective and smart. Our project milestones were consistently met - without exception. And the final deliverables exceeded expectations.

What was your primary form of communication with CGI Interactive - Presentation and Video Agency?

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything. I have been working with CGI for about eight years on projects of all sizes - from very large events, to videos and smaller projects. They are consistent in their responsiveness, quality of work and creative, beautiful design. Their ability to understand very technical concepts and translate that into design never ceases to amaze me. Also, importantly - the CGI team is comprised of people who are amongst the highest quality people you will ever do business with.

This is my consistent experience as a customer. I will never go anywhere else for creative services.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CGI Interactive - Presentation and Video Agency could have done differently?

This is a tough one. No company is perfect, but based on my direct and extensive experience with CGI, I am hard-pressed to call out anything they could improve on. Seriously. They are that good!

I’m the founder of a video marketing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with CGI Interactive?

Our biggest client’s CEO was delivering a very big presentation to the entire company. We hired their team to design a very creative presentation.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’re experts in live presentations, incorporating engaging graphics and animations into the deck. This was far more than a simple PowerPoint presentation. We wanted it to replicate the presentations from keynote speakers at large conferences. They helped us from the very beginning, helping us determine the visual aesthetic of the keynote. 

First, they created several design options, allowing the client to select their preference. From there, the client had tons of changing ideas, but they were nimble about adjusting criteria and logistical problems. They rolled with the punches to deliver exactly what the client wanted.  

What is the team composition?

We worked directly with an account manager, the creative director, and the owner of the company. They have a much larger team working behind the scenes. 

How did you come to work with CGI Interactive?

They hired me in the past for one of their large clients. That existing relationship allowed us to go right to them when we needed help. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $30,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between July–August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the presentation, the CEO received a standing ovation from the crowd. The presentation aligned with their needs and really helped the speaker look great. They were instrumental in determining the look and feel, making the presentation look cutting-edge. We couldn’t have done it without them. 

To this day, the trust we earned from our client on that project is still very present in the relationship. The presentation resonated with the company, and the CEO himself was proud of it.

How did CGI Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team was structured so the project was effectively managed and on-time while creative powerhouses took the presentation to the next level. Our client is a large company, so it can be difficult to keep up with them. CGI Interactive constantly met deadlines and rolled with the punches, so I was never nervous about their progress. They had my back the entire time through their professional, proactive communication. That allowed us to focus our attention on the project from our end. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always innovating in their design work, constantly pursuing excellence. Instead of returning to creative, they choose to reinvent themselves. They’re always on the cutting edge of creativity.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. We have a great relationship to this day.  

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide them with a clear idea of the end results you’re after. In order for them to deliver to the best of their ability, you have to help them understand the desired effect, audience, and speaker. From there, you can trust them to deliver on striking individuals.
