Our challenge with Cerbo was to launch a new brand that was below a larger brand to meet a market need. Our contact started with a conversation with some branding agencies until we found Cerbo's work. We bet on their work and felt that they would translate our challenge in the best way.

Cerbo started with a meeting/questionnaire with our team, understanding the main challenges we would like to overcome with the new brand. We had “homework” to gather some references for what we imagined for this brand, both in terms of design and application.

The second stage was a Workshop to present the possibilities of naming and branding involving more people. This stage was the longest and densest. We had to revisit the naming a few times due to some indecisions by the company and also some requested changes. After a few more days, we arrived at the naming result and from there Cerbo could move on to designing the logo.

The last stage was the presentation of the logo, 100% approved. The result exceeded all expectations. Finally, Cerbo sent us the brand manual to proceed with the trademark registration.

They delivered with a little delay in relation to the initially given deadline, but it was because we asked for changes and revisited some steps for longer than suggested. The delivery was excellent, exceeding our expectations regarding the brand presented and the naming options.

They could offer trademark registration included in the work, but it is not something that affects or impedes the work they do.

I’m the director of marketing for Amidi Group, an investment banking company with several entities, primarily real estate-based entities.

We needed someone to provide us with digital marketing and branding.

CERBO has been providing us with their marketing services for a network of residential apartment buildings, events, and last-minute design projects.

Most of their deliverables involve graphic design for digital and print collaterals, content for email marketing and social media posts, landing page creation, and web hosting. Other than that, they’ve also helped manage our ads on Facebook and Google networks.

Apart from a project manager, we’re also in contact with two designers and a web developer.

They’ve aligned their deliverables to our style guide so the overall look of our branding has been so much better — their designs are fast, clean, and efficient, which helps when working on a deadline. 

I like how practical they are because they can always present me with outputs that not only visually fit our brand, but also communicate our message effectively.

In addition, our ads have experienced a lower CPL (cost per lead), higher impression count, and an improved open rate for our email marketing.

How did CERBO - Branding Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

We typically communicate on WhatsApp and manage the project through Monday.com on a monthly basis.

They move through the revision process and once the project is approved, the final deliverables will be shared via Google Drive. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The speed at which they work is very commendable because it doesn’t sacrifice the quality of the product — they work quickly under a deadline and still provide you with high-quality deliverables, at a competitive price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any constructive feedback as I’ve been very satisfied with them.

Communication is key, so I would advise you to effectively communicate your needs and ideas because the more information you give them, the better the outcome will be.

Our branding has gotten so much better since engaging with CERBO, and we’ve been getting more conversions because of the marketing campaigns they’ve developed.

Additionally, our customers have given us a lot of positive feedback and reviews, which has affected our conversions.

They’re very good at adhering to budget and timelines, so they’re quite effective from a project management perspective. 

We utilize Monday.com as our main project management tool, and we typically communicate through email and phone.

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because I’ve been really happy with their work.

We hired CERBO to give life to our e-commerce and make sure that this sales cahnnel performed and looked the best way it could so that our clients can have a great experience when buying from us.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After many visits to other companys, we decided to go with CERBO because they have demonstrated to have a great and fast technical support, always available for the client and they were very open minded for finding new solutions for the desired feautures on our website.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss layout and uncionality details as well as what feautures would be included in our first hiring. After that being clear, CERBO started working on the layout canvas, in which they would consult me and my team often to check if they were in the right direction. When the final layout was approved we entered a period of programming that took about 2-3 months ( as accorded before).

After this period, the e-commerce was delivered fully fucntioning and with a very detailed manual of how to operate it. As I had some doubts, they even added to the manual, the answers for them! I found that great. As we grow today, we are currently developing a Spotify page and editorial section where we will feature past works of the brand on the website. The process, as before is going smooth and well done.

Mainly I have worked with Mauricio, who is in charge of managing the clients and Otavio, who is the leading programmer for my project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, we've had no faults on our buyers journey, which I find the most improtant part of the work CERBO has developed for us. Our clients love the website, and they often tell us that it's hard to see a begginer brand with that high level quality sales channel :) Which makes us very happy and proud.

I communicate very often with Mauricio and Otavio, like 2-3 days of the week i keep in touch with them. If they have any troubles or delays they always make sure to let me know ( but this doesnt happen very often).

That they've managed to bring the layout of my dreams to life while making it functional. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When the website was launched we had a period of corrections, but i believe that is normal and expected of any new projects. So I believe i have no real complaint. I see that they are always searching to improve on their communication and on finding the feautures I want for my website.
