I've had the pleasure of working with Benji in 4 different companies now over the past decade. He continues to deliver at an even more impressive rate and quality as his team keeps expanding their skills and offering into a full service digital marketing agency. We started off hiring them only to build our website and help design a trade show booth, but expanded into photography, videography, social media posts and advertising, PPC, landing page design, redesigns, and so much more.

The main outcome was that all the projects and goals were completed on time by our deadlines, which they were. For other projects, it was lead generation or conversion rate improvements. Whatever the goal was, we almost always hit it, unless it was an issue or reason on our end.

The built and manage our paid advertising to ensure that we maximize our local reach. They wave also created photo and video content that we have used across varying platforms. Their digital strategies have been implemented with our efforts across web and social media marketing.

The main measurable from the project was traffic driven and sales made through our website. Through their paid advertising on Google and Instagram/Facebook campaigns, Casp Media was able to generate online sales while increasing our conversion rate and decreasing our customer acquisition cost.
