We recently partnered with Captiv Creative Studios for the production for my client Kirko Bangz’s latest music video in Houston, Texas, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. 1. A Customer expectations video. This video will explain the process the customer can expect our technician or salesman to follow when we arrive at their home and assess their system.
2. One video focusing on a/c repair during the summer. 
3. One video focusing on heater repair during the winter.

We're still working with our marketing team for distribution of the advertising videos. The Customer experience video has been distributed to our Service team for use in face-to-face meeting with the customers.
