The only area for improvement was the occasional minor communication issue due to language differences. While Capermint Technologies generally communicated well, there were moments when clarity could have been better. However, these instances were rare, and they quickly resolved any misunderstandings. Overall, their commitment to clear communication and adaptability made working through any language barriers easy.

Capermint did everything from scratch for both iOS and Android. One application was for users, one for the vendor, and one for delivery. We gave them the starting idea and had a few calls to align it.

I was in touch with a team leader, a CTO, and a sales process analyst, but the team was bigger.

The initial budget proposition was $14,000, but we changed a lot of features and add-ons. In the end, we paid close to $32,000–$35,000.

We sourced companies overseas and Capermint had plenty of gaming experience and over-stood the concept of the game a lot more than other companies.

We first set a meeting over zoom to outline the main requirements of the application. Then we agreed on the a figure to carry out the project. We had screenshots go back and forth to get the game flow correct. Once the application was working I was able to test ou the UI and we made minor changes. The gameplay was then taken on by their team and again we made changes to get the rules perfect.

We had a huge team dedicated to our project, there was a team leader who worked with lead developers for android, ios and web. We also had a dedicated backend developer. For client services, we were provided with a dedicated account manager who answered all our questions and gave us advise too!

Our apps have combined downloads of 100k plus and counting! We have also been able to retain 10% of the users!

The workflow between our teams was great. We used an online project management tool to update files and leave comments at various development stages. We also had a Skype group, which made interaction quick and effective.
