Caffeine Marketing's role was to support with website development, specifically in creating new pages on our website with the contest that we provided. Team Caffeine set up forms within our CRM platform. A few of the key deliverables were: troubleshooting errors within our email delivery, creating and maintaining workflows for forms that we were using, as well as creating any new forms that we would need in order to collect information from our clients.

We saw a decrease in the number of bounced emails, as well as an increase in forms being assigned to the correct partner.

The work that they did on workflows and automation has had a positive impact on how we manage our data. Lastly, they were always quick to respond to any inquiries we had, which led to our team feeling highly valued.
