Spaceberry designed the UX and UI for Phantm’s Packaging Intelligence Platform from scratch. The scope covered two distinct product surfaces: a client-facing platform for enterprise FMCG brands, and a separate supplier portal for packaging data collection and validation.

Key deliverables included the dashboard, product library, bill of materials / SKU detail pages, supplier management screens, bulk upload flow, and an insights and analytics section. The supplier portal was designed as a purpose-built, linear surface with its own information architecture, separate from the client platform. 

Work was delivered iteratively in Figma across multiple sprint cycles, with ongoing design reviews incorporating feedback from product, commercial, and technical stakeholders.

The platform design is on track for development handover. Spaceberry delivered a complete set of Figma designs across all key screens within the sprint timeline, incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders without losing design coherence. For our project, the design studio Spaceberry allocated a dedicated team, consisting of a project manager, managers for each of the directions (branding and UI/UX design), and specialists who directly worked in Figma, creating working materials.

The team conducted a thorough audit of the existing system and processes, as well as organized a vision session to formulate the product development strategy. They worked on the branding and stylistic solutions.

The main focus of their work was a complete redesign of the homepage, with significant changes in both the visual part and the user interaction processes. A dashboard was also developed, which includes statistical and analytical information and charts.

Throughout the collaboration, the Spaceberry team demonstrated a high level of professionalism in gathering the necessary information. Each work stage was coordinated by a manager who adapted the processes and stages according to the project's requirements. Their proficiency in Figma was evident in the results of their work. Spaceberry Studio has produced excellent designs across various projects, so we keep using them. We can give them minimal feedback and direction, but they still come up with great designs that are perfect for what we need.

We discuss timeframes when we initially talk to them and give them the deliverables. If they think the proposed deadline is too tight, they return with feedback to work together. They always deliver what we want on time based on what we agreed. 

Moreover, Spaceberry Studio works well and pays great attention to detail. Although our projects have many scope changes, they’re accommodating and quick to make changes and updates. We like working with them.

Alevtyna (Project Manager) is super responsive and great at communicating. She always asks questions to ensure everyone is on the same page and she has the correct information. If we don’t respond to her, she follows up with me so we can keep the project moving.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed by how quickly they can work for us. Spaceberry Studio produces designs in a matter of weeks, which is a short time. Whenever we come back to them with comments from a meeting with interns or clients, we give them the changes, and they update everything quickly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They have various designers working on different projects. It’d be great to say when we like a person for the project, but it’s up to them with their resourcing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Speak to them openly about what you’re thinking for the project from the start. Make sure you give them as much information as possible and talk to them about different elements. They can offer suggestions before you get started.
