We approached Spaceberry Studio for comprehensive visual support for our main event - the Kharkiv Regional Student Esports Championship in the Dota 2 discipline. It was important for us to create a modern, stylish, and professional visual identity that would engage young audiences, highlight the level of our organization, and set a new standard for esports events in the region.

Scope of work completed by Spaceberry Studio:

Development of the visual concept and graphic materials. The team created high-quality designs and layouts for banners, posters, informational graphics, and invitations — all aligned with a cohesive brand style. Every visual asset was adapted for both print and digital use, which significantly simplified our communication efforts.
Design and development of a registration landing page. Spaceberry Studio fully crafted the page structure, visual design, and user experience elements, resulting in a clear, intuitive, and user-friendly interface. This helped us collect student registrations faster and more efficiently.
Design of official winner certificates. The certificates were modern, stylish, and fully aligned with the spirit of esports, which was highly appreciated by the participants and winners.

One of the key outcomes was a significant increase in student interest in the championship: thanks to the high-quality visual materials and the user-friendly landing page, we received more registrations. The visual appeal and recognition of the event also improved noticeably - the designed banners, promotional materials, and certificates created a professional look for all event photos and publications, which helped expand our reach across university and student community social media. In addition, we received positive feedback from participants and partners regarding the visual presentation of the championship, confirming the success of the delivered solutions.

Communication was clear and consistent, and they kept us updated throughout the process while responding very quickly to all our needs and document revisions. connects you with people who share your vibe.I hired Spaceberry Studio to redesign our dating app and create new branding that highlights
our unique approach. We wanted them to emphasize that our app connects people at New York
events based on shared interests, rather than through traditional swiping.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is already live on the Apple & Google Play stores. If I hadn’t liked the result, I wouldn’t
have moved forward with development or release. Think that it’s the biggest outcome now.

They met all the deadlines, which was great given the one-month timeline. Overall, things
moved smoothly without much need to push. Toward the end, a few feedback rounds took
longer than expected – nothing serious, but the process could’ve been a bit faster.

pushed further and came up with something more unique, and it worked.
