Since 2011, Bytes Technolab has helped founders turn ideas into market-ready products and helped growing businesses modernize legacy systems and automate operations with AI.
For Startups: You have a validated idea or fresh funding but no senior technical lead. Or your build has stalled.
- MVP & Product Build: your first product, designed and built for real users. - Fractional CTO: senior part-time technical leadership, led by our CTO, Bhavik Shah. - Product Rescue: we review your build, tell you what’s worth keeping, and get it moving again.
We also offer UI/UX Design, Product Modernization, Tech Due Diligence & Code Audit (before investors look), and a Product Engineering Team to keep building what we started.
For Businesses: Your team uses AI tools, but they aren’t part of how the business runs. Renewals keep rising for tools that only half fit. Older systems block your next move.
- AI Agents & Orchestration: we automate repetitive work, like lease checks in real estate, admissions queries in education, or maintenance requests in manufacturing. - SaaS Replacement: software built around how your business actually works, not another subscription. - Legacy System Modernization: we rebuild or upgrade your core systems so they support what comes next.
We also handle AI Workflow Automation, Cloud Optimization, and Global Capability Centers for long-term engineering. Product Consulting with Ownership at the Core. We tell you what’s worth building, including when an idea should wait, and the team that builds it stays to support it. Clients stay with us for five and ten years.

As we all know, it's extremely hard to trust someone who lives on another continent with your money and your precious project. I was introduced to Ketan P as the project manager for my application. Ketan and his team treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. He always well planned our online meetings and always found time to listen to my concerns. Ketan always went above and beyond to help me and my application succeed. He is always available to answer any question and or concerns I have. He basically "earned" my trust, and for me this is not an easy thing. I'm happy working with him and his team, and looking forward to grow our application even further.
