Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Byte Geometry was contracted to develop ORE.FM, a mobile app that blends the modern, polished design of Apple Music with the swipe-based discovery experience of dating apps like Tinder. Their scope covered full-stack development, including the mobile app (React Native), web admin panel (React/Next.js), and backend (FastAPI + PostgreSQL on AWS). The project was divided into three milestones: Milestone 1 – Foundation: Setup of development environments, creation of user authentication (Fan/Band roles), band profile management, and a functional song upload system. Milestone 2 – Core Features: Implementation of Discovery Mode with swipe actions, full music playback, favorites, location-based discovery, search, and shareable links. The admin panel was also built for song moderation and user management. Milestone 3 – Monetization & Finalization: Integration of RevenueCat for subscriptions and microtransactions, referral and credit systems, launch offers, and SuperAdmin content controls.  Key deliverables included a fully functional React Native mobile app, a working admin dashboard, integrated payment and referral logic, and an approved UI/UX design in Figma that guided the development process from start to finish.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Byte Geometry delivered tangible, measurable progress at every stage of development. Each milestone concluded with a fully functional set of features that could be tested in a live environment. By the end of the project, ORE.FM had:

• A fully operational React Native mobile app with smooth authentication, band/fan account management, and music upload functionality.
• A working Discovery Mode that enabled users to swipe through songs, favorite tracks, and view artist profiles seamlessly.
• Successful integration of RevenueCat payments, allowing for real-time subscription upgrades, credit purchases, and referral-based rewards.
• A live, location-based music discovery system that prioritized nearby artists, demonstrating core functionality and scalability for launch.
• A stable admin panel where the SuperAdmin could approve songs, manage users, and edit in-app messaging dynamically.

All features were developed, tested, and delivered according to the defined milestones and technical scope. The result was a fully functional MVP ready for public release — on time, within scope, and aligned with the initial vision for ORE.FM.
