We hired BVR's Creative Lodge for Creative Desktop Publishing Services, such as stationery and signage projects and willing to further collaborate for web development and social media graphics.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The selection process was based on recommendation and the deciding factor was their 5 star rated Clutch profile and website.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They proposed a discovery meeting in order to create a functional design for the stationery in accordance with our initial branding. Furthermore we established a Pantone and RAL standard for White Lines' colour range, speaking the same visual language with different print houses.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Mihai and Iulia throughout the creative process. Cristian completed the process, refining the last graphic details.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final products resemble a fine attention to detail and everyone from the clinic appreciated the design. We're really happy with the results, so there's a clear progress/success after working with this team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Even though we were busy with patients during the day, the constant follow-ups greatly help in finishing the projects on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They cared so much about our branding and wanted to be perfect, down to the last detail. On the plus side received useful tips for adjusting our photography equipment.

None.

I needed help with branding and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BVR's Creative Lodge put my design ideas into practice. Their team developed my logo, color palette, and website design. At the beginning of the project, we had a face-to-face meeting to discuss my ideas. Then, BVR's Creative Lodge's team delivered several design proposals for me to provide feedback on.

I worked with two of BVR's Creative Lodge teammates, including the team leader. 

How did you come to work with BVR's Creative Lodge?

I knew BVR's Creative Lodge's team leader, although I wasn't sure what he was doing for their company. I spoke with him about my ideas and then hired him after he said their company could complete the work I wanted to be done. I didn't look into a lot of other companies because of BVR's Creative Lodge's confidence in their abilities.

We spent €1,000 (approximately $1,050 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from April–August 2021.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I don’t have any quantitative metrics because my business is new and this was our first branding project. However, I really liked what BVR's Creative Lodge delivered. I think the project will have a positive impact on my business in the future.

BVR's Creative Lodge had great communication through email, phone calls, and WhatsApp. Since they were the specialists, I let them lead the project.

After a few mails with different branding companies, BVR crew were the one's that I felt they listen and took the time and patience for it.

Being the creation of a new brand we had a few meetings an I had to do some homework, after each one. Proud to say that I did them happy. Only then they came with 3 different ideas about the brand image - and I tell you it was a hard choice to take( I loved them all) and also the brand manual. They also helped me with the presentation site for my company(I wanted strictly the contact data).

This re-branding project brought a new perspective for all of us and now we also have more clients, more people interested in us and our projects, directly or on social media, more partnerships, so a new, powerful and enhanced image of OGIS.

All the communication with BVR's Creative Lodge was efficient, coherent, solution oriented. We collaborate very well and all the deadlines are realistic and respected.

They are very creative, open minded, well thought of their field, of course, and what is surprising is that they study the market and come with great solutions and ideas no matter your kind of activity. This is a big plus for them.

They started a series of product photography sessions in Brasov County for our beauty line products in nature describing the Transylvanian landscape, with waterfalls and mountains in the background. We then asked them to expand the product line designing and illustrating the main ingredients on the packaging, resulting in a series of presentation banners for web and social media for our floral line, mouthwash & natural oils.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The sheer result of having a long-lasting partner in rebranding our products. We continue working with them for our second line of honey products & natural supplements, Albina Carpatină. Their design has a strong value for our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Mihai is one of the creative and fastest graphic designer I've ever worked with, he's a good photographer and knows how to put the light spot on our products. The illustration is clean and in accordance with our standards.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability for keeping the deadline, adapting fast on our briefs and last but not least, being the creative branding agency we needed the most.

They did some branding work, creating everything needed for the exhibition, including banners, images for the event, and a catalog. The catalog is printed twice per year and is quite large.

There were 6-7 people on the team, but I only interacted with Mihai (Branding Specialist/Lead Photographer) and Christian (Graphic Designer).

The quality of their work is very good. We wanted things done very specifically, and they met our expectations. The catalog is the largest, and best, we’ve had so far. Our clients and team really like it.

They came to our courts and handled an NBA style Media Day photoshoot with our players and coaches. This meants creating a mood board that was broadcasted on a monitor they set up during the shoot, choosing and managing player poses, arranging and crafting jersey and sponsor shots, setting up the white backdrop, lights and taking pictures of course. Then in post production came the editing.
