The objective was to build a robust B2B platform to manage and create content, host and deliver assessments, and educate users. The software features an interactive user interface to gather information about various personality attributes through a proprietary questionnaire that is processed through the core algorithm to deliver an automated, detailed, individual report for each user. 

This product helps us in our work fast-tracking organizational efficiencies by aligning teams and developing diverse talent. From understanding team dynamics and identifying collective strengths or potential blind spots to increasing productivity by making constructive use of differences in the group, this software helps achieve momentum in distributed teams leveraging the talent for optimal team usage.

The first version of the product was live in 4 months. Since then, there have been many features added to the product & our team continues to work on further product enhancements. The product has been widely used and accepted across large global corporate organizations.

Also, the team is still continuously working on adding advanced features to provide a seamless experience to our users. We also have easy access to manage the admin side of the application. The team has also recently integrated ChatGPT in the application to enhance the efficiency. 

At the beginning of the project, we provided the team with a clear briefing about the objective & scope of the project. The team had a very defined documentation process that was followed. We also had a few brainstorming sessions with the team and then they provided us with a few wireframe ideas.

The project management is brilliant. The team is following the agile software development process. The team follows weekly sprints and conducts daily scrum meetings in the morning. The team and work are very transparent with us. They are prompt and proactive towards our requirements and queries.

We are an NGO, and through us, there are multiple stakeholders interested in timely project delivery, I think BuzzyBrains has demonstrated a benchmark in time and work management.
