What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Buzzvel's work resulted in seamless team integration with our internal project team and other contractors. Our work together led to improved search visibility with no traffic loss and SEO preservation with no ranking loss. The team successfully integrated our website with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, and the CMS was scalable, allowing for future expansion to other markets. Buzzvel also ensured data integrity by migrating all data without loss. Buzzvells SLA has fast response times with less than 30 minutes of downtime in the only critical event that occurred after go-live.

Overall, our collaboration has been very positive, and the project objectives have been met successfully. If there’s one area Buzzvel could improve, it would be allowing more time in the early stages for joint exploration and validation of alternative solutions, particularly around long-term scalability and future feature extensions.While this hasn’t affected delivery or outcomes, a slightly longer discovery phase could have enabled even deeper alignment on future roadmap priorities. That said, Buzzvel has been responsive to feedback and adapted effectively whenever adjustments have been needed during the project.
