We engaged with Busona to create both the MVP in functional website for a new educational technology service we are developing. Bussone was able to build the website based off of a very vivid, complex and functional MVP design.

They were asked to deliver a thorough visual MVP of an educational platform at the same time. They were creating a visual structure of our company website to mimic the functionality with all of the key benefits.

The work is provided, has given us a clear pathway to both company launch an investor meetings. It has helped us work through all the detail challenges. We were having with the site functionality and has allowed us to visualize the product and make it smarter as it has evolved.

We use an online project management application they took on board and used exactly as required. All communication was excellent, timeframes are always met and any adjustments required were always asked for well in advance. Advise was always presented where they considered an alternative option. Easy to work with, high skill set and varietey of skills within the team. We've been unable to find something we need that they DON'T do. Most of what they do is impressive.

I searched extensively online using Google, UpWork, and several other freelance sites. I scheduled a skeptical interview with Ihsan and from day one, he fully understood the scope of work and quickly produced samples for my review. I was duly impressed.

The project consisted of an omnichannel (PSTN, LiveChat, LiveVideo, SMS) communication and collaboration platform, digital eSign, eNotary, user identity, conversational AI BOT, softphone, call center screens, CRM, and a plethora of various flows. Several milestones were established and all of them were completed ahead of scheduled timelines.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I engaged directly with Ihsan via a combination of Slack, and various video communication platforms. Although Ihsan has an expert team, his experience, and expertise, along with his skill set with Figma provided the results that I was hoping for.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have shared the UI/UX with potential customers to receive their feedback and input prior to finalizing our production version and we receive overwhelming and positive responses. The customers are impressed with how friendly and intuitive the UI/UX is.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow and communication were exceptional even though there was an 11-hour time difference.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ihsan's skills blew me away. I had previously employed four different companies to design and develop the UI/UX and all of them failed to understand the scope of the project. Ihsan immediately understood the requirement and was confident from the beginning that he could provide what I was seeking... and he overwhelmingly delivered.

Based on my experience with Ihsan and his company, there are no areas of improvement or suggestions that I could make. I highly recommend this company and will be utilizing them again in the immediate future.
