BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the social media marketing manager for Automobili Lamborghini U.K. at which I manage our social profiles for Lamborghini in the U.K. This includes working with brands to create the best possible brand representation on social media.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bujou Creative, and what were your goals?

We hired Bujou Creative for a branded promotional video, photography and social campaign strategy for the Aventador S Roadster social media campaign that we will be implementing in late August of 2021

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Bujou Creative because their previous work within the automotive and luxury goods/services experience stuck out to me. What 'sealed the deal' for us was Bujou's extensive network with access to Lamborghini inventory in Canada we were able to work with them to lower our overall cost of the campaign by having them maintain the logistics of the project.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.

The current project that we are doing with Bujou first required them to perform qualitative research into the middle age professional demographic that we have been looking to reach through our social media platforms as more of them continue to join Instagram and TikToc. Once we had worked with them to determine the most advantageous course of action for our TikTok and Instagram content that needed to be created Bujou worked with their connections to build us two 4k Promotional videos, eight 4k TikToks/Reels and an abundance of still photography feed posts. Now that they have completed these content deliverables we are working together to A/B test the current strategy we are planning to implement to ensure the most efficient ROI for this campaign, we plan on going live with the Campaign at the end of august.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked closely with Russell and Maggie at Bujou. Russell is their lead account manager and handles majority of our correspondence ensuring that all requirements are met. Maggie is the Head of Creative and she has been the one to ensure all of the content produced is keeping up with the changing social media trends and invokes the emotion we are attempting to portray on our social media. While these were the only two that I have been in direct contact with so far I am aware of at least 5 other team members that worked directly on producing this campaign for us

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The photo and video content produced by Bujou was beyond our expectation and the A/B testing we are currently doing is seeing a 15% increase in engagement on Instagram and a 12% increase on tiktok we are expecting to produce a consistent 20% and 15% increase in engagement and click-through-rate respectively with the launch of this campaign.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication between our team and Bujou was impeccable, being located in the UK we are 7 hours ahead of the Bujou team which we had expected to cause some delays in the communication and subsequently the work flow. This was not the case with Russell and Maggie, we were able to contact them anytime of day and would have a response typically within a few hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bujou seamlessly works between different time zones and produces content strategies that work in international markets. Truly a 'one stop social media shop'

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could open an office in the UK so that we have the ability to work closely on more projects together.
