Budget, timeline, and "client satisfaction."  We needed guidance and hand holding through the process while still hitting deadlines and a budget.

Always on time and met my expectations with turnaround. I'm sure I wasn't their biggest client, but I always felt like I was the most important and a priority.  Never felt rushed, but they were fine when I needed quick turarounds.  Very positive and collaborative culture.

I’m the executive VP of Inktel, a business process outsourcer that provides personalized call center solutions. We help clients enhance customer interactions, boost efficiency, and reduce costs through a mix of technology, analytics, and multichannel support services.

My sales team was looking to generate additional leads for the organization, so we leaned on Buena Vista Creative for their expertise in SEO and demand generation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Buena Vista Creative has helped us with lead generation, creative marketing content, website development, one-page marketing collateral, SEO, and trade show booth design. Content creation has been their primary objective, and once the theme was established, the remainder of the tasks came together.

Buena Vista Creative’s SEO skills and ability to drive quality inbound leads to our team have been impressive. The results have been almost immediate — we’ve seen an average of three quality leads per week, which is a 65% increase over our past efforts. The creative design has taken only days to review drafts and then fine-tune the final storyboard.

They have excellent project management skills and a perfect cadence of calls, collaboration, and Microsoft Teams meetings. Our primary form of communication has been in-person meetings.
