Browser London has designed the UX/UI of our software using Figma. The team has started by laying out the architecture of the product and discussing the users’ and our business needs. Browser London has established a detailed foundation for the design approach and conducted thorough product and competitor analyses to ensure the design is purposeful and aligned with our objectives.

For the initial user research, we already had a wide range of data from Typeform surveys and other sources that we provided to Browser London. The team dissected the data to understand the critical areas we needed to explore and what the end user required. Based on that, we created two different flows and defined the user needs.

We already have a fitness app in the market, so we possess some fitness data. Browser London has helped us adjust our solution to the personal training industry. The team has also helped us define user personas and has done some ideation for potential phase two innovation opportunities. The team has also explored AI capabilities and how we can utilize specific technologies to enhance our website and overall growth.

We’ve worked with three teammates from Browser London, including a project manager, a UI designer, and a UX researcher.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

We found Browser London on Clutch, and they had exceptional reviews. We looked at their website and saw they had a wide variety of projects and expertise. Their design looked very thought-out and of a very high standard. Based on that, we reached out to them.

After a brief discussion with Rene, the founder of Browser London, about what I wanted for the project, he gave his thoughts and recommended a strategy to take so we could finish the engagement with the full UI design for the app and web portal and have an MVP ready to launch that would meet all our business needs. After that, I was introduced to the team members.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's pretty early to say, but looking at different competitive products, it's clear that our UI is significantly more user-friendly, and we've really capitalized on some of the unique technology we've already developed. We're poised to be in a robust position to compete with some of the most competitive brands out there.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

Browser London is very particular about meeting deadlines and staying on budget. The team is sensitive to our budget and details where exactly it's being invested each week. Browser London leverages a hybrid approach to project management, combining Agile and Waterfall methodologies in their strategy.

Browser London has delivered items promptly and with exceptional quality. We primarily communicate via Slack and use email for more substantial matters.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Browser London is particularly meticulous when it comes to details. The team has examined our product from all sides and laid out a clear foundation for UI development. Browser London takes the time to analyze the product and ensure it meets the user's, business, and MVP's needs.

Are there any areas they could improve?

This is my first engagement of this kid, and I don't have much feedback to offer because Browser London has delivered exactly what I asked for.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We already had technology built, so this won't apply to every startup. However, the reason our engagement with Browser London has been so successful is that we had many technology pieces ready to go, which didn't limit their creativity in any way. The team has been able to put forward their best possible design.

We needed help with market research and digital strategy.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London has been helping us with market research and digital strategy. The project was to put together a website. They did market research and interviewed quite a few people in the Falkland Islands. They designed and populated the website, which promotes the Falkland Islands as a destination to live and work in. The team has used WordPress to build the website and Figma to design it. They’ve also used Miro throughout the market research process.

What is the team composition?

We’ve dealt with 3–4 people from Browser London regularly, and a couple more have dipped in and out as the work required.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

We put out tenders on a tendering system, and Browser London applied through that. Our project was divided into two lots, one of which was technical and the other was content. The content aspect of it required some local resources, and they had the best bid in terms of that local resource.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around £91,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We signed the contract and started working with them in January 2025. Most of the work has been completed, and we’re going to launch the website in the next couple of weeks. Part of the contract is ongoing social media and content management, which will go on for the next three years. There’s also a technical support element to the contract, which will also go on for the next two and a half years.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the website yet, so we don’t know the metrics of success. The quality of the work and the website itself is very good, and we’re happy with the final product.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication has been brilliant. We have weekly Microsoft Teams meetings where we get updates on the work. When they were doing the market research, they opened up the whole platform to us, which was really helpful to see how they were synthesizing that research into content for the website. In terms of project management, they clearly have a structure, and they’re following it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve delivered all the deliverables on time.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The local resource to get content from the Falklands wasn’t as strong as it could have been. We’d have liked there to be a little bit more content from here from the Falklands. That’s something they’re going to take on board for the social media content.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s such a specific project that I can’t think of any advice I’d give to potential customers.

I'm a director at Eva Flow Energy. We work in the renewable energy sector, specifically in battery storage for homes and businesses. Our focus is on green energy across the commercial and residential sectors. We handle both the software and installation aspects of battery storage systems and work with solar energy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Browser London?

We needed assistance with market research, UX design, and web app development.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London conducted market research and developed the first concepts for our web app. The team then moved on to the UX/UI design and development of the app, which served as a dashboard platform that provided real-time input and output data from various energy sources, including solar energy and the grid. Users monitored the efficiency and performance of their systems through the app.

Initially, we had an existing system, but it was makeshift. We needed to revamp the entire system as the app became more popular. Browser London had a base to work, including our brand and some UX/UI elements.

The app's core functionality was energy flow management, allowing users to see their energy sources and where it was going. Users could also buy and sell the energy they produce and see their power flow displayed on the dashboard.

Browser London used Symfony for the app's PHP framework and JavaScript.

We primarily worked with René, our project owner, and Rob.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

Someone we knew from our previous jobs recommended Browser London to us. The team returned to us with a great proposition, and we decided to start with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around £30,000.

We worked together from January to May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don't have enough metrics to measure the success of the app in terms of engagement. However, the app improved the efficiency of our operations. Internally and externally, customers mentioned that seeing a proper version of the app was fantastic.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

Browser London managed the project very well. They delivered on time and within budget. We used Jira for project management and communicated via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Browser London's honesty was impressive. The team pointed out it wasn't the right approach when we suggested doing something a certain way. They were right, and we accepted that they were the experts.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were pleased with Browser London's work, and I can't think of anything they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Engage with them in the process. You'll get a lot out of it; we've obtained more than from previous providers. Browser London works as an extension of your team, and communication is key to that.

I’m the founder of Carbonwise, an education company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Browser London?

We wanted to create an educational platform on the carbon market.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London helped us build the platform. We started with a discovery phase, during which they reviewed the platform's user needs and goals. They also discussed potential users, what channels they used the most, and how the platform should better reach them. Then, they proposed a design map and created an intuitive user journey.

From there, they delivered an interface that better suited the findings in the discovery phase. We created some of the content ourselves, and they deployed it on the website.

What is the team composition?

We were in touch with René, who was in charge of managing the whole thing. He was our contact, and we had weekly check-ins with him. In the team, there were 3 to 4 other people we were in touch with. One was running some of the interviews at the beginning, doing the research. Another one was designing and working on the design.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

They were a referral.

We spent around £20,000.

We worked together from January to June 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Through the platform, we found sponsors within the space we’re in once the platform was launched. For example, we got a branch of Deutsche Börse that decided to support this platform. We found sponsors a few months after launch, which was great. The branding and the way everything was displayed worked for them.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

They were incredibly organized. If anything, sometimes they had to chase us. They used Trello, and we communicated via Slack. Many things were delivered on Miro boards. They also used another app where we reviewed what they’d done and gave feedback.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They made the whole process simple. They did all the research, and we didn’t have to do a lot of work ourselves, so they made our lives easier. They did all the research for us, elaborated it for us, and came up with a plan straight away.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I found them really good. They did everything they promised, and we were happy with the whole thing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you deliver feedback on time if you want the project to be delivered on time. You have to do your side of things as well. They work quickly, so you have to provide feedback quickly.

Browser were instructed to deliver the UX and UI for our website redesign.  

Our vision was to make it easier for donors to find what they’re looking for on our website (inform) and absorb the various causes through informative and emotive content (engage) so they are inspired to act, pray or donate on our behalf (action). The new website shall be data driven, mobile first and user centric, providing an appealing and innovative experience rooted in learnings to drive more donors to conversion.

Handed over Figma files for implementation.

Browser did a fantastic job managing our project, delivering high quality work in a timely and effective manner. They had clear and effective communication, informing us of progress on a weekly basis and keeping us on track with timelines when things started to slip due to stakeholders on our side. Browser are very organised and professional in their management style.

I'm the head of digital marketing capabilities at a worldwide company in the industry sector. We manufacture plasterboard, fire protection, and insulation solutions and have multiple brands around the world. My position's work scope includes marketing automation, web analytics, dashboarding, SEO, and marketing campaigns.

What challenge were you trying to address with Browser London?

We were looking for consultancy and support in the web analytics area and the creation of Microsoft Power BI dashboards after the responsible teammate left the company.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London provides Microsoft Power BI development and web analytics consulting services. We initially engaged with the team seeking support in mocking up and building reports in Microsoft Power BI based on our data lakes. 

Browser London also offers web analytics consulting. We request that Browser London track the digital flows on our website and implement tracking pixels when we have marketing campaigns running. Browser London uses technologies such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio to build reports. 

What is the team composition?

We work with a Microsoft Power BI developer and a Microsoft Power BI lead who offer technical support and guidance when needed. We also work with an analytics consultant and one platform director, who help us structure our work process. 

How did you come to work with Browser London?

Browser London worked with a company that my manager knew and contacted the team through a referral.

How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around €150,000 (approximately $167,000 USD) on the project so far.

We started working with Browser London in January 2024 and will continue until at least October 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Browser London provides good analytics support, although they've offered support in the area for a few months around May 2024.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

Browser London is committed to work and delivers on time. The team has good communication skills and has contacted our business unit to gather business requirements before creating the dashboard. Browser London provides progress updates and has excellent communication skills. We have meetings in Microsoft Teams and have created groups to exchange information about the different stages of the project. I also have one-on-one meetings with Browser London to discuss project priorities.

Browser London uses ClickUp and Azure DevOps to manage tickets, prioritize tasks and requests, and plan activities while working in Agile.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to highlight our Microsoft Power BI developer. She has done a fantastic job. I've liked working with her because she's always in a positive mood and mindset, which is important when working with a team. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm mostly impressed by the Microsoft Power BI developer we work with. She's a fast learner and delivers work on time. She doesn't say things she isn't doing and does what she says on time, and I appreciate it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything for Browser London to improve. I mainly work with a Microsoft Power BI developer, and she's great. However, I've seen less motivation from the analytics team. We had a knowledge transfer phase that took a bit longer to edit, and we had less communication. Still, overall, my feedback is positive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When working with Browser London, it's important to provide precise requirements from the beginning and explain what you are looking for, whether it's support, project management, or other area. I suggest expressing in detail what you need from the consultant because Browser London has different profiles working within the group, and it will be up to them to ensure they provide a consultant that matches your expectations. 

My advice is to provide Browser London with as much detail as possible from the beginning to avoid wasting time.

Currently, I work for a board advisory company as a senior consultant. We advise boards on governance regarding equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), as well as sustainability. Our work includes board reviews, board development, and executive research.

Still, I worked with Browser London at my previous company, not this one. I worked as a project manager on the talent development team of First Quantum Minerals, a global copper mining company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Browser London?

The function of our team was to launch new systems to manage and assess performance and talent development. As we created bespoke systems, Browser London was in charge of the UI/UX design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London was instrumental in the design work behind numerous of our systems. For example, we launched a learning and development system, which they had a lot of involvement in its redevelopment and design update. Their team used Figma to create the required designs for these systems. Then, they liaised with our software development partner, who was in charge of doing the custom development of our systems based on Browser London's designs.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three main points of contact, as well as a fourth team member who worked with us occasionally as well. Their team included René (Managing Director), Robert (Former Product Strategist), and Andrea (Former UI/UX Designer). René was in charge of overseeing the engagement, Robert was in charge of coordinating the project, and Andrea was involved in the actual design work.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

When I joined the talent development team at First Quantum, Browser London was already signed up as a supplier.

How much have you invested with them?

We had an annual budget of around $120,000–$150,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I rejoined First Quantum at the end of 2021, but I didn't start working with Browser London until I switched to a different part of the team; that was when I started working with them on a daily basis. In April 2023, I was made redundant from there. There was a big shift around the organization, and our team was split up because the company wanted to send some resources overseas, which I couldn't do.

The organization split the budget we had for these projects into different things and decided to consolidate all our systems into Workday, our HR system. We were quite surprised with the decision because our systems had been well-received. However, our systems were aimed at the top 4,000 senior managers and supervisors. The organization decided to use Workday instead because they wanted a consolidated company-wide system.

Although there was a time when Browser London could have kept working on our learning and development system, that project was in a finished state. Thus, after the team split up, there wasn't the same passion for delivering a new off-the-shelf system as it was when creating tailored systems. Thay's why our relationship with Browser London ended.

Browser London met our expectations really well.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

We had regular meetings with Browser London to have updates, so we always felt very confident in their processes and ability to deliver a project for us. They were very trustworthy. Although the project timelines did occasionally change, this was caused because we did a lot of back and forth on our end.

We always had a very detailed project plan, and Browser London always advised us when something wasn't achievable within the set time frame. On these occasions, we would alter our timeline, so it was never their fault. They were great at managing the timeline, and they didn't ever do anything to delay it.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Browser London's team was very responsive and reactive, and they took care of our needs. We were a challenging and demanding client, as we often expected things to be turned around last minute if we had a change of heart about something.

Despite we weren't the easiest of clients, Browser London always stepped up to the mark, and we established a good two-way relationship. They provided feedback to me and my colleagues and kept us abreast of the situation regarding what could be achieved. I never saw them as yes-people. They were very honest, had high levels of integrity, and always wanted to do a good job.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It's difficult to pinpoint an area of improvement for Browser London. If anything, some teammates were not based in London, so whenever we wanted face-to-face meetings, they were usually overseas. It would have been great if they had an office in the London region so that we could have met in person.

Besides that, there were no other areas of improvement. They were always on it, their service was great, and they were always available to answer questions, which was very helpful. Overall, they were a great partner to work with.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Have regular, frequent communication with Browser London, ensuring that there's two-way communication. Moreover, trust them; they know what they're doing and what they can deliver. It can be a very successful partnership if you work closely with them.

Moreover, Browser London meets with our customers to get their feedback and help define user personas for our platform.

Browser London has delivered on time and within budget and communicates well with us. In terms of tools, we use Figma and Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Browser London's biggest strength is their ability to listen and understand our needs. The team has delved into our customer base to learn what they want. Browser London has spent time listening to us and our target audience to understand what we need before starting the design process.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I always like to give balanced reviews, but I can't think of anything they could improve. The team is great at communicating and sticking to the budgets and deadlines. Moreover, our collaboration with them has always been good, and they don't mind going in our direction whenever we want to do something in a certain way.

Be prepared beforehand in terms of what you're trying to achieve and what to get out of the project.

We needed help with website and UI/UX design.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Browser London produced our web page's backend and styling aspects to create an interface that could give an overview of the data we collected in our research activities. We had a clear idea of what we wanted, and Browser London provided good and practical suggestions on how we could put everything together based on that vision.

Regarding the process, we had an exploratory workshop with their managing director to scope and refine the statement of work and contract. We also determined activities and continued with regular check-ins across the process.

We worked with 3–4 members of Browser London's team, including a technical person, a designer, and their managing director.

How did you come to work with Browser London?

We found Browser London online and conducted a market research study to identify them and 3–5 other potential partners for this project. We had initial introductory calls with each of them to get a quote, and we ultimately chose Browser London.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested £5,000–£10,000 (approximately $6,000–$12,000 USD) for this project with Browser London. We gave them the initial 30% of the fee upfront and covered the rest at different milestones throughout the process. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July–September 2023.

We had no issues with Browser London’s work, and they addressed any situation that arose. Overall, they provided a strong quality through their deliverables.

How did Browser London perform from a project management standpoint?

Browser London’s team consistently met our deadlines and took the responsibility of ensuring that everything was going forward within our budget. Regarding tools and communication, we used emails and video conferences.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review? 

Browser London’s managing director was our main point of contact and was also responsive, realistic, practical, proactive, engaging, and understanding of our needs.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Browser London’s innovative solutions to improve our product in ways we hadn’t originally identified. In addition, they clearly understood the diverse priorities, targets, and objectives we had for this project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Based on my experience, I didn’t think they could improve anything — they engaged proactively and without much fuss.

Provide clear and complete guidance on what you want for your product and communicate clearly with them so they can provide innovative solutions.
