We are a digital marketing, technology services, and software development company. We are a full-service digital agency with business consulting, strategy, experience design, and technology practices. Our team has helped design, architect, and implement robust and scalable digital marketing platforms for some of the world's leading global enterprises. As the organization's marketing manager, it is my role to manage all marketing initiatives as well as partnerships and alliances.

We were having difficulties finding highly skilled front-end application developers, so we hired Brocsoft.

We had a mutual customer, so when we saw that working together would be a good fit, we formally established our collaboration.

Having beautiful visualizations on our end client’s app helped their publishers make decisions about what they're going to do. Moreover, the resources Brocsoft provided were generally as-advertised in high quality, and their prices were competitive with the market rates.

The team was collaborative, and their bug rate was within our end client’s expectations. Since much of what they did was closely tied to our end client’s team work, it was hard to isolate Brocsoft’s team performance. Still, they had been really open in helping our end client figure out what to ask for. They seamlessly integrated with our end client’s team, no matter their geographic location.

Brocsoft has been really flexible in helping us find places to economize and places to invest. Another thing we liked about working with them is their honesty and transparency in highlighting issues early.

We've worked with 3-4 people from Brocsoft, starting from the junior level to all the way up to their most senior developers and architects.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We partnered with Brocsoft on multiple opportunities. The recent project was completed iteratively by Brocsoft, which is assembling an excellent team of React engineers. Data gathering and preparation for the front-end were the responsibilities of our own team. In addition to handling the front-end development functionality, the Brocsoft team also offered Agile approach consultation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used to have a daily stand-up meeting, and have been using Slack for quick conversations. It's hard to separate their project management performance from our in-house team's performance. Brocsoft's leadership and project management skills have been beneficial since our team is spread out and we didn't get a chance to meet the Brocsoft team in person.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their work is consistently of a high caliber, and they are remarkably adaptable to adjustments requested by our clients. Brocsoft's team has consistently worked with us to identify the appropriate resources for our projects. Their team is highly knowledgeable and has suggested several innovative solutions to our client, which was super impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would recommend that their team could work on their verbal communication a little more. Rest, their team is responsive and hands-on, and their leadership expertise is their strongest suit.

Brocsoft developed a system for us. Its goal was to generate reports for clients and manage online files that we could check in real-time every process and service provided to any of our clients.

When this project came up, we searched online. Brocsoft was one of the first companies to show up during those searches. After we contacted them, they showed great interest in helping us with budget and project needs.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them four years ago.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results have been great. The system allows us to provide our clients with a report right after a visit. We’ve also stopped using paper and can record all of our services in a single place.

Their team continues providing us with maintenance support services.

We were constantly in contact through WhatsApp or phone calls. Their team was great at meeting deadlines. They were also very quick at delivering the final results in that regard.

After finishing the project, they were always available to help us with anything that would come up. They’re willing to work in any needed adjustment.

I couldn’t say anything. We had great results, and I couldn’t have asked for more.

We hired Brocsoft to develop an on-site online purchasing system. One person scans each product with their smartphone and adds it to their cart. Then he confirms it and stops at the checkout to be charged and delivered your order.

First they came to our premises, we told them our idea and they proposed some changes. Then the system was developed based on Sprints of 2 or 3 weeks until its development was completed.

We work with 2 developers and a designer, in addition to the project manager

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We haven't done any particular metrics yet, but several of our clients have told us that the new tool makes it easier to purchase products within the store.

We kept in touch via phone and email. Also, we had meetings every 2 weeks. The proposed deadlines were always met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At all times they were looking at how to improve our initial idea. In fact, the final product that Brocsoft developed was 100% better than what we had initially thought.

Sometimes delivery times were too close together, so we had little time to assess progress.

The BPS (Social Welfare Bank) of Uruguay contacted us to develop an app in which each worker has competent information, be it news, events, etc. We got in touch with Brocsoft to develop it.

Our goal was to meet all the expectations that the BPS had for the development of the app.

We had already worked with Brocsoft on other occasions, so the decision was evident.

An app was developed for both IOS and Android as specified by the company that had requested it. In addition to the app, an administrative website was developed from where news, events, regulations, etc. are created. The design was in charge of me, while they designed both the app and the web and developed their functionalities.

On the part of the BPS they informed us that they were more than satisfied with the system created and that they were going to be in charge of promoting said platform. For my part, the work was excellent and the objectives set were reached in a timely manner.

We were in contact at all times by phone and we also had meetings every 15 days to see the progress of the system and evaluate if we should make any changes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Brocsoft offered high-quality products and they firmly respected the deliverable's deadline. They are also at all times looking at how to improve the initial idea with which one arrives.

No, because all the objectives were met in a timely manner.

The development of the system was carried out through meetings every 30 days, in which they presented us with the advances that were being made in that period of time. Then we would approve the advances or make the pertinent comments so that they can make the necessary modifications to meet our requirements.

We work together with 2 developers, a Project Manager and a designer.

The system allowed us to carry out an exhaustive control over our points of sale and their forms of sales, as well as to have a traceability over time on specific marketing actions to promote our products. Unified work that we did on separate platforms.

We had contact with the whole team, so making a change or coming up with a new idea was quite simple. They were available at all times to listen to our needs and they knew how to solve them in an easy and fast way.

We are more than satisfied with their way of working so we would not modify anything.

We hired brocsoft to provide us with the design and quote solution of kitchen furniture. Also be able to increase our sales, and provide a good tool to our sellers.

Brocsoft came to our ears by a referral who recommended the service and dedication that they had. By having the meeting with them, they transmitted us professionality and a short-term solution.

When I contacted them, we had a first instance, which raised my idea of a totally new program on the market and customized above all. At the end of days they made me a presentation of the idea I had, we were always understanding. They always made the details asked of them successfully.

After giving the ok to the project, they had several days of instances with the kitchen furniture. They were in charge of taking exact measurements, taking professional photos and dedicating the necessary time to be able to plasm as is the design of the real furniture in a program.

Once it was finished, a giant screen presentation was made, which was made the final demonstration, evacuating doubts and providing training.

The development of the system contained a team of 5 people; designers, development coordinator, developers and commercial executive, which were always in constant contact

We were always compliant with the communication and return that they had towards us. Always trying to solve our requests.

The deadlines were always the agreements in the beginning, providing speed and efficiency.

The rapidity, communication, service, and above all the patience that they had us, the quick response always and the power of resolution.

I would have liked that at the time of sending the designs of the furniture, it has been sent one by one and not all together as we were sent. We have more than 600 different furniture designs, of which we had to review all together.

Thanks to this development we were able to improve our services, to organize our payments system better and in general to make our service offering overall more interesting.

Their availability to listen to our feedback about the system and how fast they developed it, always meeting with every delivery strictly on time.

We were very happy with their excelent delivery.  However, I believe the documentation of the system could have been more extensive.
