Brocoders took over my existing WordPress and Elementor website in September 2025 and moved it from my previous agency's setup to new hosting. The old setup turned out to have more hidden problems than any of us expected, so the work grew into a real takeover: finding what was broken, fixing it at the root and making the site stable enough to run a campaign on.

Key deliverables: 
• Full migration of the website, in Dutch and English, to new hosting. 
• Root cause found for recurring server errors (the server's memory limit), plus a cleanup of old backups that were filling the disk. 
• Voucher discount codes working again in both languages. 
• Fixes inside my online experience: a checkbox bug on the start button, the display mode of the final video and a broken link to the final page. 
• Four landing page improvements for my first ad campaign: a testimonial, better hero visibility on mobile, a visual scroll cue and the price repeated near the call to action.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Migration and all landing page improvements completed by October 1, 2025. 
• A stable site I could edit again. 
• Discount codes working in both languages. 
• The first paying customer came in within a week of completion. 
• All of it for a small fixed fee.

Daryna, their project manager, was excellent. She replied the same day, often within minutes, tested both language versions herself and kept me updated with short, clear status emails. The four landing page items were delivered on time. The day before a national holiday in Ukraine, the team still made sure the last bug was fixed. When a problem couldn't be reproduced, they first asked for concrete details before spending hours on it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was impressed by how they handled a setback. The migration turned out to be much harder than either of us expected, and they were open about it. They didn't bill me for the extra hours and kept going until everything worked. As I wrote to them at the time: it showed me how they handle challenges, and that built trust. Their support was hands-on, professional and at the same time very friendly. And Rodion, their CTO and founder, stayed in touch for a year afterwards, with honest advice and never a sales push.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brocoders could have done differently?

The start of the migration was bumpy: for a few days in September I couldn't publish changes to my landing pages while they searched for the cause. How they handled that week is also the reason I trusted them with the rest.

The scope of work involved the development of a custom mobile application for Animo Studios, a health and wellness brand, while maintaining Bsport as the backend administrative platform. Instead of using Bsport’s standard white-label app, we aimed to create a fully branded and customized experience tailored to our clients' needs.

Key deliverables included:

Custom Mobile Application: A fully branded Animo Studios app with an intuitive user interface, enhancing the client experience.
Seamless Integration with Bsport: The app remained connected to Bsport’s backend, ensuring smooth booking, membership management, and class scheduling.

We have hired Brocoders to develop custom software based on new user requirements and requests. Our goal was to replace an old version of the software with something that will sustain our customers and their needs for years to come.

We found Brocoders on upwork and upon having a call with one of the owners we decided to give Brocoders a try. We were happy with their progress and processes and decided to hire them for the project.

Brocoders has developed a react.js application along with a PWA. We provided the team specs after which we had zoom meetings with the project manager to ensure that all requirements are met. We had regular meetings to ensure development is going according to plan and that we are happy with the progress and results. Brocoders has delivered a custom application that has been in production over 1.5 years and we are continuing on working on improvements and new features.

Initially about 8 people from Brocoders worked on our project. Developers, designers, quality assurance, dev ops and a project manager.

Upoun launching the project we were able to increase client satisfaction and provide our clients what they were asking for, improve their workflow as well as make the software more powerful and easier to use then the previous software that was developed.

The project management was really good. We used Zoom, Slack, Email and Jira to collaborate on the project with the team. We had regular meetings in which the project manager kept us up to date on the progress of development. We were able to view the progress, updates, and scheduled deployments in real time by using Jira.

I had very great communication with the team. They were always responsive, listened to our needs and requirements, were making updates upon requests and were really responsive.

At this moment no.

I'm the CTO of a tech company. We sell financial software to financial investment houses in Europe and the US.

We wanted to see if they could help us fast-track our development, and they have. We've received good feedback from our engineers within our internal team as the level of code they implement has been very high. We're also happy that they're able to document the progress of the entire partnership.

They deliver their tasks on time and are in a great position to help us when we need it thanks to their resourcefulness and helpfulness.

We found them on Clutch and we met with Andrey who we liked instantly. He was thoughtful, organized, and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Within a couple of weeks, we had a team and team leader in place and we were off to the races. We have about 13 brocoders on our project right now most of whom are React.js devs with a few QA folks.

We have been able to begin external testing as per our project schedule as a result of their contribution.

Overall we are very happy with the Brocoders team. Their commitment to getting the job done despite the dire external situation they experienced at the start of the project with their team in Ukraine is a testament to the human spirit. We are inspired by them and their management. We would not have been able to deliver on our short timelines without them showing up for us in the way that they did. Period.

We were very pleased with the deliverables by the team and we will be looking to move to the development phase shortly. A sample of our potential customers have (based on our research) provided very positive feedback. They took onboard our instructions and brought our vision to life.
