They created our site dancetampabay.net with several tabs and a payment portal. As a community non profit designated to serve the Hillsbough County and outliying areas in all things dance, with no brick or mortar, we needed a star studded website. We got it.

1. Traffic to the site.

It was incredible. We had the launching of the website in conjunction ith a news article and media outreach. It happened on the exact same day, as planned.

We built an app that connected parents phones with their kids phones and allowed the parents phone to control the use of the child phone while the child phone is moving (driving specifically).

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Complete building of a working app including payments, customer support, platform communications, troubleshooting, etc.

Immediate response on all items. Rolland's followup is incredible.  He stays in constant contact on any issue that may arrise.

They are extremely detail-oriented, and the company follow-up is top-notch.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something BrixTec Web Solutions could have done differently?

The Brix-tec team is great to work with, I gave them full permission to make changes so things wouldn't slow things down every time there was a minor issue.  Sometimes they would wait for my input when it wasn't really needed.  They just wanted to be sure that they didn't overstep, so I appreciate that, but occasionally would slow down the development.
