Brighter Click has been responsible for market and competitor research, naming our company/app, designing our logo, developing brand guidelines, outlining marketing and advertising strategies and budgets, and identifying key metrics for measuring success. Consistent communication was expected and delivered throughout. The work has been completed in clearly identified phases with preset timelines. 

All deliverables were completed early or on time, and always as described. Additionally, Brighter Click has assisted with decisions and strategy that were indirectly related to their contracted responsibilities, but not within the scope of our agreement with them. They have been an invaluable and trusted resource.

He was also very helpful during an acquisition, so much so that we ended up terminating the other agency and increasing the work we do with Brighter Click.
