I'm the CEO of AugmentedSqaud, an IT services company. We help tech businesses scale by providing top-tier engineers from Pakistan through staff augmentation, dedicated project teams, and technical consulting. We specialize in web/mobile development, ERP/CRM solutions, and MVP development for startups.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bricks?

We needed help delivering a product for our client.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bricks partnered with us to build a product for one of our clients. We needed a fully built and well-tested product. The product was an AI-powered recruitment tool where job seekers and recruiters could get much better results than currently available products.

What is the team composition?

We worked with around five teammates from Bricks, including a project manager, developers, and testers.

How did you come to work with Bricks?

We found Bricks through a referral. We chose them over other options due to their quality and pricing.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2025, and the first phase ended in September 2025. We might start the next phase in a few months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bricks delivered all the client's use cases after testing. The client had their own set of data, which they input into the product and checked the results. They informed us that the results were as expected. Internally, we measured the project's success through on-time quality delivery. We created very stringent test cases that the product needed to pass.

How did Bricks perform from a project management standpoint?

Bricks' project management was very good, and they delivered on time. We communicated via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Bricks' team was very professional.
