The project resulted in a website that is noticeably more user-friendly and easier to navigate. The improved structure and layout allow visitors to find information more quickly and intuitively. In addition, the new design is visually more appealing and aligns much better with our brand identity. These improvements have had a clear positive impact on the overall user experience and the way our organization is perceived online.

The project was delivered on time, and their overall project management was reliable. Communication could occasionally have been more proactive, but whenever we followed up, our questions were addressed promptly and effectively. Their explanation of the website’s functionality and the extra support they provided during and after the launch were outstanding, making the whole process much easier for us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was the speed at which they developed the website. Their ability to turn around updates efficiently without compromising on quality really set them apart. It gave us confidence and kept the project moving smoothly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brendly could have done differently?

While overall we were very satisfied with the collaboration, there were moments where communication could have been a bit more proactive. This wasn’t a major issue, but since we were working on a tight schedule, the timing of responses stood out more. That said, whenever we followed up, Brendly was quick to respond and helpful, so the impact was minimal.

Website launch is in full swing. We have moved on to post launch marketing campaigns - with MadPack (Brendly company) and will be monitoring website traction / growth. We have received great feedback so far.

They had great project management skills. Agile team - not too big, not too small. People on the team have very strong domain experience but are equally involved with the colleagues. All were responsive, good time keeping, project manager retained good overview/planning.

The website was delivered as planned and during the process Brendly communicated constantly about the progress. They also kept the communication tight and also proposed and initiated quality improvements to the project along the way.

Brendly delivered the website on time and managed to shedule the project in their planning although they were fully booked. As to my needs they not only fulfilled the needs but also initiated quality improvements to my requirements.

I asked Brendly to design a website with a webshop that is targeted to my specific target audience and where a visitor can easily convert. Given my field of expertise (SEO), the website needed to be user-friendly and well-optimized for SEO.

The website looked amazing and was very easy to customize (which was one of my wishes). Additionally, I received positive feedback from my target audience, stating that the website is very user-friendly and that the branding is a thousand times better than that of my competitors.
