As far as I know, these are three main metrics:

• 50% Reduction in Support Costs. Optimizing the expenses for maintaining individual systems;
• 40% Increase in Data Analysis Accuracy. Contributing to better planning and decision-making;
• 25% Reduction in Errors. Standardizing data collection and preparation processes reduces errors.

Project management was top-notch. The PM was proactive and responded quickly to all our questions. There were no problematic situations throughout the entire process. 

As for delivery, as far as we know, all sprints were completed on time, and the client was fully satisfied. From our side, there were no issues either. The technical integration of our telephony was fast and high-quality.

We were impressed by the technical aspect of the project. The documentation was clear, and there were no bugs during the integration. Their Technical Lead provided excellent consultations, and we completed the project very quickly!

• 31% Increase in Student Enrollment. Enhancing enrollment processes and outreach efforts, leading to a substantial increase in new student enrollments;

Yes. They did a fantastic job. The project manager, Serhiy, was very service-oriented and actively communicated with our Business Analyst. All milestones were delivered on time, and if any issues arose, they informed us in advance and proposed alternative solutions. What was especially valuable to us was that even after the project was completed and the warranty period had ended, they continued to support and advise us.

During the project design phase, they advised against our initial project architecture and recommended their own vision. Looking back, I now realize how valuable their advice was, and I am glad we listened to them.

It's hard to say, as we didn't notice any issues. Perhaps they could talk more about themselves in public field, as they have a wealth of experience that is worth sharing more often

Perhaps managers with knowledge of additional languages besides English for future projects. Other than that, it's hard to pinpoint any areas for improvement.

2)The online store transmits user analytics to the CRM, enabling the creation of graphs and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
3)Thanks to the two-way integration, managers can quickly process orders, track customer order history, generate personalized offers, and execute SMS and email campaigns.
