I am the Manager at an OBK Business Centre LLC, We specialize in offering business centers Dubai, virtual office plans, flexible private office suites for rent.

For what projects/services did your company hire Branex LLC?
Our company website was developed over 4 years ago and had not been updated since. We had noticed a steady decline in traffic to the site over the past few months and decided to invest in a new astonishing website. We do not have any in-house engineers, so we needed to outsource the entire website redesign and rebuild.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to see our website traffic double by the end of the year, and we wanted to increase the number of inquiries.

It was a hard decision, but we selected this vendor based on the quality of their final proposal.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and objectives. Within the first two weeks, we received mockups and 3 initial designs for the main page on the site. After a few iterations and discussions with our marketing team, we finalized the design and provided feedback on how we wanted the rest of the site to look, The vendor came back to us with wireframes and concepts for our other pages, including an updated "contact us" form.
What was the team composition?
Initially, we were assigned a project manager to support us and serve as the main point of the contact throughout the project. I only spoke with our project manager but I was made aware that there were 2 frontend and 2 backend developers, as well as a QA resource working behind the scenes.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Within 4 months after our new website was launched, we saw a 60% increase overall traffic and a 25% drop in bounce rate and we have received more inquiries in the past month than we did in the previous 6 months combined.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager that we were assigned was easy to communicate with and provided us frequent updates. We connected over the phone at least once a week and used Slack for all other communications.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
To be honest, I don’t like giving my opinion or share my professional experiences with others, but I must say the web development experts at Branex really do know how to build quality websites. They did a job par excellence for me and apparently, we hear a lot about how AMAZING job we have done on our website. They have creative minds, they come up with incredible ideas, and they deliver an experience worth remembering. Overall, great job, you guys… Love your efforts.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Everything can always be done faster, but we were very satisfied with their work every step of the way. In the end, quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a beautiful project.
