What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The four resources that Branex LLC has provided to us have exceeded all the completion of the projects in terms of quality and have stayed working with us with a transparent and productive approach, resulting in a fruitful relationship.

Moreover, the trajectory of our project has completely taken off since we started working with Branex LLC because our development speed has dramatically increased, and our developers are aligned with our vision and take our plans to move them forward in directions we had never imagined before. Overall, The team has exceeded our expectations.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I did my online search for possible companies and narrowed down the search to a total of 3.Did 2 phone interviews with other companies and 1 in person with Branex. Abdalah their sales manager was very professional and addressed all our questions. We felt that this company will meet our expectations and goals.

We had our initial meeting to outline the steps. Design was made and reviewed over 3 weeks. The work on the functional prototype was completed in January. We requested additional features which were also accommodated. Beta testing was done in Feb and launch was completed in March.

I worked with the sales manager, project manager, account manager, customer service. We really met everyone in the team. They were very kind and professional.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have recently launched and in matter of 2 days we had 500 downloads. Ofcourse, credit does go out to Branex Marketing. They were very helpful.

Abdus Samad our project manager was very professional and competent. He made himself available to answer all our queries and question through email, WhatsApp and zoom. He went above and beyond to meet our goals and ensure smooth delivery.

The have a very talented team of project managers and developers. They would want to go above and beyond to meet the expectations of their customers.

Status report at every stage would have been helpful to avoid misunderstandings.However, the team mad sure to address everything in timely manner.

We had our website done by a company under Branex and I had a few upgrades and changes that were needed to be done. We also wanted to work on the mobile responsiveness and the optimization of the website.

After the project, the website uploading time was very fast and we had a boost in leads because of the website being responsive and wait time being short.

We had daily communication and each day had a list of things to be done. The next day, the list was executed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are unlimited amount of changes and upgrades that you can make with a project. It is not done until desired finish.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

An area of improvement would be proof reading of the work before being submitted to the client. There were many times that mistakes were overlooked BUT they were always corrected.

They were responsible for developing our app for iOS and Android. They’re also building our website.

The mobile app has a browse option where customers can go through the list of vendors and open the available products. They can also add items to an e-cart and checkout. There’s a search option and event planning assistant feature, too. Additionally, there’s an option to request a custom order.

We worked with one project manager, one salesperson, and one developer.

How did you come to work with Branex LLC?

I was researching app developers in the region and came across their website. They were available and they looked professional. They also offered a good price.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent 100,000 UAE Dirham (Approximately $27,200 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and our work is ongoing.

We’re still in the soft launch, so we have no metrics yet. We’re happy with the work so far.

Some things were a bit delayed, but overall, the project management is good. They only communicate via email.

They were open to the changes, additions, and features that I added during development.

It would be a faster process if we communicated via WhatsApp.

My advice is to clarify the full scope from the beginning. Understand the features and the way they’ll be implemented to avoid miscommunication.

The project has increased our overall impressions and traffic. We are getting the traction which we were expecting. There are some areas which can be improved. However, I am satisfied overall with their performance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All communication is done through written mediums to ensure everyone is on the same page. Along with that, the AM support is available as and when required.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Cost-effectiveness and delivery.

They need to work on consistent reporting and highlighting the areas where they have shown improvement as well as the areas where further attention is required.

Nowadays, having a website that reflects all the achievements and characteristics of the company is fundamental. In our case, it helped us to be able to express our objectives more clearly as well as to explain and let people know the services we provide.

I am a Marketing Manager at a hotel management company, which manages a number of hotel an hotel apartments in Dubai, UAE.

We hired Branex for 2 projects:

1. A new hotel website 
2. A rewards website for booking agents that sell our hotels

The goal was to create a standard website that cleanly communicated the rooms and facilities of the serviced apartments to encourage them to book through our booking engine, which is a 3rd part API that we connected to the site that Branex designed and built.

The goal of our rewards website is to increase sales for our hotels by encouraging sales partners to book our rooms based on rewards they can receive through doing so.

SOLUTION

How did you select Branex LLC and what were the deciding factors?

We sent out briefs for both website projects to different suppliers. Branex displayed good value for our requirements and the account manager, Roan Esmaiel, seemed to understand everything that we were trying to achieve.

For the new website we began with a kick off session. Following the initial session I shared the sitemap along with creative assets. Then Branex then sent the wireframes, followed by a few design options. After a couple of rounds of feedback, we were ready to launch the site. Unfortunately the hotel opening was postponed due to COVID-19, but as we had done the ground work it was an easy process launching the site when the hotel opened.

For the rewards website, it is a fully customized website built out in PHP. I had the initial kick of session to run through the entire project brief and requirements, the briefing document was then studied by the Branex team who put together the scope of work. We then received wireframes of the pages and a few design options. They helped with a few rounds of design updates.

The difficult part with this site is that it is based on accumulating points and redeeming rewards, therefore there is a lot to consider in terms of functionality for the user, and the ongoing admin effort to confirm successful bookings and maintain the site. It was a learning process as we would keep picking up new points that the website needed to consider.

The scope did change somewhat from the original one, however Branex have been very accommodating with the changes we have required. We are aiming to launch the website in January 2021.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Stakeholders were impressed with the design process for the new website. Rewards website to be launched in Jan.

Roan, was the point of contact based in Dubai, who was always happy to help should we need anything. Overall the timelines of the projects were affected due to COVID-19 as we confirmed both projects at the end of Feb 2020. the new  website was not too demanding during the build stage (and it has good a good design and speed.

We could manage with this project by communicating via email and by aranging the occasional Skype/Zoom call. The developers are not based remotely but this didn't seem to be an issue with this project. The rewards website varies slightly as it is a more complex website project. Once it was handed to the remotely based development team I felt that it was difficult to communicate our requirements through emails and calls alone.

In terms of timelines, the scope was constantly changing as we would notice more and more needs for the website that were not in the original brief.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The new website is extremely easy to use and we were able to build it and launch it in an extremely efficient manner. The price was also competitive. Roan, our Dubai based account Manager was very helpful.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For the new website, no. For the rewards website, we are yet to launch but the team have been very flexible with accommodating our requests, even though at times they have been out of scope.

We came across Branex LLC and couldn't move on without working with them! We had a look at their work on different projects and every project looked better than the previous one. After a few meetings with different companies, we knew that they were the best of all.

After our kick-off meeting and brainstorming sessions, we received different design concepts and mockups for the website. After approvals, they updated all content and aesthetically designed website with all of our requirements delivered.

Branex exceeded our expectations with the deliverables, the final look of our website couldn't have looked better!

We had a couple of face-to-face meetings and brainstorming sessions, after all was clear, we communicated via conference calls and emails. Roan was with us from the beginning and was with us in every step and was present and reachable at all times.

We appreciated how the team gave us the time in giving our feedback and responded well to it.

Having an Arabic person to review the Arabic content would be great.

Branex LLC completed the website that the other company had started. They worked on the front- and backend, taking about 2–3 weeks to complete it. Since then, we’ve been tweaking it.

They’ve been able to knock it out of the park—it’s been amazing. People love the website and are impressed with their work. We’re all very happy and the site runs exactly how we want it to.

We’re in constant communication about what I want. They’re right on point, answering every call and email. If they don’t answer the phone, they get right back to me. It’s been smooth from day one.

We searched online for vendors and interviewed several vendors that were able to complete the job in a quick timeframe and within our budget constraints.

We provided an initial outline for the framework of the site and worked with them on developing the best setup for the site to tell a clear story and to minimize clutter on the Website. We had many resources and media uploaded and many links to external resources that we had to take care to migrate over to the new site. There were also quite a few bugs with plugins on our old site that we needed to fix.

There was a team from the vendor working on this remotely and we had a single point of contact throughout the process, which helped expedite the process and ensure no steps were missed.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Yes, organic traffic has surged on our site, and click through rates on our calls to action are much higher than before due to the clear message and design.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

All communications were conducted by email (90%) or phone (10%). There was clear and consistent communication throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The speed, cost effectiveness and timely delivery of the final product in time for our brand relaunch.

No, i have no recommendations for improvement. Everything was seamless. I am already preparing to work with them on another project.
