I'm the founder of Gowheels Solution, an automotive company. We're Uber for buses, simplifying ride-hailing for groups of more than eight people.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Brandopedia?

We hired The Brandopedia to build a scalable platform that simplifies booking private buses for groups, similar to ride-hailing apps but for 8+ passengers. The goal was to create a complete travel solution where users could easily book buses, plan trips, and access additional services like tour guides and pre-planned travel packages. We wanted a reliable system that could handle real-world usage and support future growth.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Brandopedia handled the complete end-to-end development of the platform, including UI/UX design, mobile app development, and backend architecture. Deliverables included a customer mobile app, bus agency portal, driver app, and a guide management portal. They built core features such as the booking system, user and vendor management, trip planning, and integrations for tour packages. The platform was designed to be scalable, well-tested, and ready for real-world usage.The Brandopedia has been actively supporting the project beyond the initial development. The platform is currently in a pilot phase with selected agencies and users, and the team continues to provide ongoing improvements, bug fixes, and feature enhancements based on real-world feedback. Their involvement has been consistent in ensuring the product evolves toward a stable and scalable full launch.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The platform successfully entered a pilot phase with real bus operators and initial users, validating the core booking flow and overall system stability. Early testing showed smooth booking experiences, proper handling of multi-user roles (customers, drivers, and agencies), and reliable performance under real-world scenarios.During the pilot phase, we onboarded multiple bus operators and tested the platform with real users, successfully completing initial booking flows. The system maintained stable performance with minimal issues, and core functionalities such as booking, role-based access, and trip management worked reliably. The pilot helped validate the product’s usability and readiness for scale, with consistent system uptime and smooth handling of real-world usage scenarios.The project also resulted in a fully functional end-to-end system, covering the customer app, agency portal, driver app, and guide management, which positioned the business for scalable growth and future public launch.

How did The Brandopedia perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered even before the timeline they proposed to us. Initially, I thought they gave a long timeline for this project, but it all made sense. Our primary form of communication was virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their product-first mindset. Instead of just building what we requested, they proactively identified gaps, suggested improvements, and considered real-world usage scenarios we hadn’t initially planned.Their ability to think beyond development and focus on building a complete, scalable product made a significant difference. It felt like working with a team that was invested in the success of the product, not just the delivery.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At times, having even more frequent structured updates or milestone check-ins would have made tracking progress even clearer. However, the team was always responsive whenever needed, and communication overall was smooth and effective throughout the project.

They helped us to develop a fully functional e-commerce website with the deliverables of professional UX design, advanced filter options, payment gateway integration, web hosting, and 6 months post support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After getting the website done, things became much smoother for us. Earlier we used to depend on WhatsApp and calls for sales, which was messy and time consuming. Now customers can directly check our products, place orders, and make payments online. We even started getting orders in the first week itself, which gave us a lot of confidence.

It has also become easier for us to manage and update products on our own without depending on anyone. Customers are spending more time on the site because it’s simple and easy to use, and they often mention that it feels professional. Most importantly, the website has helped us reach people outside our local area and given our brand a proper online presence.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The team handled the project very well from start to finish. They kept us updated at every stage and explained things clearly whenever we had questions. Whenever we needed a change or had a new request, they responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of without any hassle.

They also delivered the website on time as promised, which was important for us since we wanted to launch before a festival season. Overall, their communication was smooth, they were easy to reach, and we always felt they genuinely understood our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us the most was how they actually understood our business instead of just building a website. They took time to listen, gave us practical suggestions, and made sure the design and features suited our products. The way they were patient with our doubts and always available whenever we needed support made the whole experience feel very personal and trustworthy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Brandopedia could have done differently?

If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be slightly faster response times during peak work hours. They always got back to us and solved our issues, but sometimes we had to wait a bit. Apart from that, everything else was smooth.
