Permanent Cosmetic studio that also specializes in skin rejuvenation. I am the owner and head artist of Skin Deep Cosmetics and Aesthetics.

We hires Brand New Beauty to do a complete branding of our company. This included a new logo, business cards, and new website .

What were your goals for this project?

To create a cohesive brand experience across all medias for Skin Deep Cosmetics & Aesthetics.

I reviewed many of her previous projects as well as spoke with a few of her previous clients. i also discussed my project with her prior to deciding.

1. Logo creation. my logo was completely redone, new brand color way was also decided upon 2. New business cards were designed 3. A website was design was built from scratch. Nicole and her company were in constant contact through out the design process ensuring that the project stayed on time and on track. i have designed other websites with other companies and my experience with Brand New Beauty was by far the smoothest.

i was the only person working on the project with Nicole.

Clients and prospective clients are always complementing how well designed and informative my website is. It has set me apart from other small business in my region.

Nicole had a very straight forward and simple plan that made the project flow seemlesly

there design skill. Nicole has unique concepts for each her clients. They always blow me away. I loved the fact that she has so much experience in the beauty industry. If i missed something content wise she was able to fill in the for me.

I hired Brand New Beauty to create my logo.

What were your goals for this project?

i wanted to create a logo that would not only transcend with time but represent my company as I envision it. Classy, Chic and sleek!

How did you select this vendor?

I started seeing the work created by Brand New Beauty on Instagram. After reaching out to several other companies. There work caught my eye. After some back and forth correspondence I was confident I found the right company to represent my brand!

The project was simply a logo from scratch. I had an idea of the color palettes I wanted to use but allowed full creative freedom to the vendor. With some collaboration Brand New Beauty nailed my look.

What was the team composition?

The team was myself, my co-owner and the team at Brand New Beauty.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After procuring Brand New Beauty back in late January to begin the design of my logo. We worked through the details of what look I was going for. We worked through the month of February to modify and tweak minor details along with colors and backgrounds. By early March we were putting the final touches on it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Working with a small team allows us to personalize certain details without too much red tape. We worked effectively together!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What I found most impressive about the company was their past work displayed on their social media account. The detail, the colors, the graphics of other logos and company websites were vibrant, clean lines and fun which all represent me and what I wanted for my own company logo and website.

They redesigned our website. Rebranded our company, everything from logo to digital content. She came up with a marketing strategy including building our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign, which helped us see an 20% increase of sale growth

There were 3 specialist working on my project . So communication was swift . There were many revision before the final project (I am extremely picky) and all of concerns were addressed in a timely matter

This project has helped us with growing an audience that has in return became active clients. It also expanded our digital reach and potential to provide online training.

Nicole did an amazing job making my website stand out from competitors and she is quick to make edits to my page whenever I need to update anything. It came out so beautiful and I am so glad I waited for her to create such a rich and clean website.

I wanted a clean website that had clear images, beautifully placed content, and a great flow to encourage lead generation.

I selected this company through Facebook.

Nicole designer the custom built website from scratch. I actually upgraded from a standard website template to a fully customized site with all the bells and whistles. It is optimized and flows with ease. The call to actions are clear and the colors are outstanding. If you want clean, concise work done with love, then she is your designer.

What was the team composition?

The team was comprised of 2 people, but she did the entire revamp of my site. She is very hands-on and does not release anything without prior consent.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I consistently get compliments about my site and how well it’s put together. Potential clients are able to navigate the site easily and book. I am sure my conversion rate has increased since I had my site redone.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was done well. We had a set deadline and with my consistent edits she stayed on task. You will not get a speedy website that has no soul. Your website will directly reflect what you’ve been searching for. When you see her sites you will know her signature design skills. You get what you pay for.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I find that Nicole is very kind, understanding, and excellent under pressure. She is consistently trying to make her business better and admits when she can do better. I will always give her my money, because she gives you exactly what you want. Every dollar was worth it in my experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is little room for improvement as she runs a tight ship, and gives appropriate timelines for new projects. I look forward to many more projects in 2020.

I invested in getting my logo designed my Nicole. Nicole talents are a gift and she NAILED my logo. I love it and I am forever grateful to her and her team to bring my DREAM into REALITY. I will recommend her company’s services to everyone.

I am so happy with my logo that I invested in getting my website design by a specialist in her team. I look forward to this project and the finishing product. All around 5 STARS!

Nicole positive energy and tentativeness to my vision allowed the process to be seamless. Not to mention, project manager Emmanuel was a pleasure to work with. He clearly communicated deadlines and when items needed to be uploaded in their portal. As a project manager myself, I appreciate the craft and effective communication to get things done.
