The videos Brandefy produced are performing exceptionally well on Facebook and Instagram. I run multiple marketing channels—SEO, SEM, paid media, etc.—and Brandefy’s videos are delivering my best ROI by far, with the lowest customer acquisition cost of any source I use.

I work directly with Marton, the owner, and that alone sets Brandefy apart. He’s extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—hands-on throughout the entire process. From creative planning and shooting to editing and evaluating ROI across platforms, Marton is involved every step of the way, which is rare and incredibly valuable.

Marton Varon, the Executive Producer would meet with the Senior Advisor of the Homleess Count project and key deadlines with weekly check ins were established.  Brandefy would deliver on time, and when we fell behind due to competing priorities, they would provide us with realistic timelines so that we could make an assessment and coordinate priority deliverables.  Most communication was via email, however, when we had our check ins, those were verbal via phone and they were prepared with recommendations to ensure delivery of our videos.  They also participated in project debriefs that were held yearly to improve our communication and process with them.

Problem solvers - as a government entity, there were times when our review and approval process took longer which would impact their delivery/return time.  Brandefy was very clear about realistic timelines and offered recommendations and solutions for our product deliverables.

High quality work - their animation was of high quality work and simplified complex instructions.

We contracted Brandefy for a long-format (5 minute) case study video that would effectively tell the story of one of our clients. We also wanted a highlight of that video (1-minute) with additional shorts for social media. 

Interview our client on-site in California, produce the video, and collaborate with us on revisions and specific requests.

The project was managed well from my POV. Marton was very communicative, and making revision requests via email and through comments on Vimeo was easy to do. If I had questions or concerns, Marton was always very responsive. He was also understanding with changes from our end, flexible, and patient when we were still figuring out some details. Not pushy and very profressional.

Yes, every time they said they'd have something for us, it was there.

Yes, no matter what I asked—and I was very particular—Marton and his team were responsive and always ensured that we had a final product that we were happy with. They followed our feedback exactly how we asked.

The quality of work for the price point. Brandefy does an exceptional job for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with the quality of the product we received at the pricepoint we worked with. Because of that, I'd work with Brandefy exclusively in the future.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brandefy could have done differently?

The only thing that I would think could be a little better (and that doesn't detract from my raving review) are some of the visual elements that were chosen. Some of the alignment or spacing of logos, transitions, and motion graphics weren't preferable up front, but they worked with our requests to make it right. That mattered more. 

It's sometimes hard to communicate a brand without being immersed in it every day, so IMO, this had more to do with that and perhaps our teams lack of communication about those specific things upfront.

Marton, our main point of contact, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to video production. During pre-production calls, he’s quick to offer solutions and ensures all our questions are answered well before production day. On set, he keeps things running smoothly while staying flexible if anything needs to change. On our most recent project with Brandefy, they organized a shoot for us on short notice and used the footage to produce high impact videos. The revision process was smooth, and their team quickly implemented any changes we requested.

The final deliverable was the training video for our Test Center Administrators, this video has live footage on one of our Test Centers and animation elements to portray important information. The video has music, special effects and a voice over.

• Success to us was if the client prospects mentioned the video and/or it made them excited to meet with us. It did both -- the first thing they shared when we arrived at their office was how much they liked the video and appreciated the effort we put in to learn about their business, which the video conveyed.

We were in need of high quality, professional training videos to operate one of our machines.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had previously looked into other video production companies, but after a quick interview process, Brandefy was the most economical while still providing high quality videos and a professional staff.

We actually knew what we wanted. We just needed someone to record with high quality equipment with a professional voice over for the step by step instructions. Once Marton was on set, he helped us piece together video clips for the script that we had created as to tell the story properly. There was even a couple videos that I filmed and needed added, and you can't really tell that it was shot with a lesser quality camera.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Marton was our main point of contact. He provided feedback through Vimeo. The process was very easy to provide feedback.

We have not yet rolled out the videos, but will be doing so shortly, but management agrees that these will be a great asset for new additions to our team.

Marton was very easy to communicate with and very flexible with time frames. There were a couple times where we needed some extra time to figure out a couple key details for the project and Marton was very patient with us.

They work very quickly and are very flexible with scheduling. Those are a couple things that I value the most.

With so many videos, the changes that were needed sometimes got lost after they were fixed. It would be nice to have a "revision history/log" to refer back to.

We got a questionnaire we had to put all our expectations ,demands and desires. We also had many zoom meetings and Emails during the whole process including a live video call during the photoshoot (It was awesome). We saw the whole operation at the site Brandefy hired for us and the standings of the Models , cameras , drones etc...

We worked with Mr. Marton which was great and precise to our requests, the feedback process was all along the way with the storyboard , scripting and filming and after the results, we had to follow Vimeo platform and make our remarks.

The outcome and impact of the work was annormouse, we got the best reviews for the look and feel of Brandefy work.
