What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Vision?

Our website went live this past summer a bit earlier than I would have liked, and the pages weren’t complete. Although SEO was a new concept for me, coming from a clinical background, I knew we had to come up high on Google, or no one would find us. We wanted to improve our SEO ranking to get some traction; our goal was to be higher on search results, with the first page being ideal.

Brand Vision helps us with SEO. They did an audit of the site, set up keywords for us, and did some backend work. They also added contact information and video graphics to improve the site’s aesthetic.

Additionally, the team encouraged us to start a blog and has given us tools to improve our headlines and check what people are searching for. They’ve also provided us with more strategies, such as linking to our Instagram, where we post a lot. Brand Vision has recently done another audit of our site.

We found them through Wix — Brand Vision is an official partner. I was flooded with messages as soon as I indicated I was interested in SEO. I chose Brand Vision because they sounded knowledgeable, and I appreciated their promptness.

So far, we’ve spent about $500–$600. The project is small because my site only has 6–8 pages.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. I’ll touch base with them periodically to do SEO audits as I add more pages to our site and blog.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Brand Vision’s work, we’ve been getting more traffic on our site. Before we started working with them, we were on the second page in search results, and now, we’re ranking in the first page, at number two — that’s a huge improvement.

The team always shows initiative, even with things I don’t ask for, such as giving us additional tricks and strategies to improve our SEO. Brand Vision is also really accommodating. They did an audit of our incomplete website and then came back to audit the completed site without us even asking, which was really nice.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with them is top-notch – it couldn’t be better. My conversations with Arman are very concise, and he always gets back to me quickly with everything and answers all my questions, which is great.

Email is my preferred communication medium, and Brand Vision is always really prompt with responses. Initially, we emailed every couple of days because I had many questions, and now we have a regular check-in every couple of months. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m very happy with Brand Vision’s results, considering that SEO is an ongoing process, and my niche is very specific. My husband is also interested in SEO for his company, and I’ve told him how happy I’ve been with my experience with Brand Vision. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

There isn’t really anything they need to improve. The only issue we’ve had was a misunderstanding when they tested a blog for SEO. They put a generic blog up for tests; I happened to log on and thought they were permanently adding it to the site. The issue was due to my lack of knowledge, though. I have nothing negative to say about Brand Vision.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to ask questions about what they’re doing and why. Brand Vision is always happy to explain things in a way that’s easy to understand.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Like I’ve said earlier, I’m not that knowledgeable with techy stuff, so Sam has really made the entire situation a lot less stressful by being someone whom I can trust to take care of this project.

Sam is very kind and easy to communicate with, and he always makes time to answer my calls or questions. For example, whenever I text or email him something, he would just call me instead since it’s easier to have a conversation over the phone.

Our goal with social media marketing and advertising was to increase brand awareness. So far, we have seen 250% increase in our reach and 65% increase in leads. These numbers are increasing every day.

Once a week, we had a zoom meeting to go over the analytics and discuss the results. They would constantly optimize our ads for better results.

We were looking for a brand new design for our website. We contacted them and quickly they got back to us. I really appreciated the speed of their work and their quick responses. We scheduled a meeting to go over our goals and our expectations. They delivered a sketch of the website on Sigma, and we went back and forth to perfect the design. From there it was a very smooth process since they developed the exact design that they provided. Our website was designed on Figma, and developed on the Wix platform.

They delivered a beautiful design for our website and developed the website perfectly with some animations on the home page. My team and I loved everything we received from Brand Vision.

Very organized and efficient. Our main form of communication was Zoom and Emails. We scheduled meetings whenever something had to be discussed.

When I decided to sell products on Amazon, I took an E-Commerce course to help me build my business from scratch . In the unit that taught how to build a website they mentioned Brand Vision as a very reputable company to hire if we needed help to create one - and that was me - didn't have a clue.

Because I didn't know anything about or how to creating a website, I gave him "Carte Blanche" on the creation. And at each stage of the process he would send me a link to review and when I had suggestions for some changes or additions, he would do them and vice versa.

I have had a lot of complimentd on the look of the website. For customers to buy my product they must go through my website or directly through Amazon. The product has been selling, thanks to the website.

The manager was very polite and very easy to work with. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I was very impress with the knowledge they had on making a website and what was even more impressive was the learning experience I got. Now I'm able to add products, add text, add images, and so on. For me, if and when I can learn new things, they win my vote.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm not knowledgeable enough in this area to be able to offer anything different. I am very appreciative for all the work done on my website and I love my webbsite. I know that if I ever need help in the future, they would be willing - without hesitation - to help me out. The videos are mainly animated, and we collaborate on creating scripts and audio mixing. The team also creates visuals for our social media ads.

The main metric we track is the pre-construction sales registration, which is the number of people that are interested in the units. We’ve had more than 500–700 registrations within the first five months of the project — that’s a big success for our marketing efforts. Overall, I’m happy with Brand Vision. Everything seems to be great at the moment; they’ve exceeded my expectations.

Their project management is great. Everything has been fast and organized, so I don’t have any complaints about it. To communicate, we mainly use emails. Sometimes, we also use phone calls and Zoom meetings.

Brand Vision has an outstanding knowledge of the real estate industry. It’s usually hard to explain the project’s details to most other marketing companies. By contrast, the Brand Vision team has worked in the real estate industry before, so they understand the project. That reflects in their content creation efforts.

On the design, the team advised us on what colors and logo design to incorporate.

I’m the marketing coordinator at Quick Consols. We specialize in software for financial calculation and work with a lot of big businesses that struggle with their financial management.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brand Vision?

A lot of the money we were spending on ads weren’t turning into leads because of the quality of our website. It wasn’t user-friendly, and it wasn’t clear what we offered as a company. We needed someone to do UI design and content marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

After redesigning our Wix website, Brand Vision turned to digital marketing. They devised an entire ad campaign for us, complete with the actual language and design of the pieces, and a plan to promote the ads on Facebook and Instagram. Every week, they sent us analytics that broke down the ads’ performance and planned tweaks.

Their team also designed landing pages for our ads. Beforehand, all leads would come to our homepage but there was barely any content there. Finally, Brand Vision helped us create a video promo to post on our YouTube channel. They handled both animation and scripting.

We’ve seen a large increase in the amount of people who call and email us; and the online chat feature they built has been a huge help.

How did Brand Vision perform from a project management standpoint?

My point of contact was great — constantly emailing, messaging, and calling with every update. Hamoun handled every small request right away.

Brand Vision was quick and met or beat every deadline. They even worked over the December holidays.

Brand Vision’s flexibility stands out. They don’t just stick to website or social media work.

What also stood out was how fresh their ideas were. I spoke to lots of marketing agencies and everyone had the same ideas. Brand Vision stays on top of the next trend.
