I'm the owner of a manufacturing company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Brainwaves India?

We initially hired Brainwaves India for packaging design. We also lack the presence in digital world, so we wanted to sell online through our website and wanted to establish social media presence.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainwaves India has been responsible for all of our packaging designs, including box design, pouch design, sample pack design, brochures, Amazon listing creatives, posters, leaflets, WhatsApp creatives, and social media management. They have also developed our WooCommerce website, which provides the best experience for our buyers. Brainwaves India started our website from scratch to end, so they worked on the UI/UX of the website, including the shopping experience. They also trained my team to manage the shopping part after they handed over the website to us. Now we can add discounts, create coupons, and add and delete products as per our requirements.

What is the team composition?

Our point of contact is Jahnavi. We discuss with her only for any of our requirements. It could be graphics, website, or social media.

How did you come to work with Brainwaves India?

We initially came to know about Brainwaves India through a referral, and later explored their work online to learn more about them. From the very first meeting, they came across as genuine and trustworthy. What stood out was the personal interest they took in our project and their consistent effort to go two steps ahead in delivering value.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2016, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Their packaging designs are exceptional, and we strongly believe that our sales success has been significantly influenced by the impactful packaging. I truly credit their creative design for playing a major role in this growth. Customers like our packaging, sellers started to keep our packaging in the first row, and our designs were much more visible after that.

How did Brainwaves India perform from a project management standpoint?

They take a complete detailed brief from us and deliver on time. We mostly communicate through phone calls. When the project starts, most of the things can be done on WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They always take a personal interest in understanding our vision, patiently discuss ideas, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully crafted. Their ability to bring out something truly unique and impactful in the final outcome sets them apart.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, we had a very smooth experience with Brainwaves India. They were proactive, patient, and attentive throughout the project. If anything, we would only suggest maintaining the same level of consistency and timely communication in future projects — which they already handle very well.
