We did a proof of concept, which works fine. After, we just developed all the different phases.

For what projects/services did your company hire Brainbinary Infotech, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop an e-commerce mobile app for our business to expand the reach of our business. Brainbinary Infotech did exactly that, created a great platform benefitting us and the customers alike.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I contacted several IT businesses for the project. After discussing the matter with the CEO of Brainbinary Infotech I was strongly inclined to choose them as they offered creative solutions rather than the usual ones. After seeing the quote I straight away contracted the company.

I presented the structure of the platform in a presentation and Brainbinary team guided as through every step of the development. They have created the app from scratch through to getting the app approved by Android and iOS. They currently are providing valuable maintenance lifting weight off our shoulders.

The CEO himself was the project manager. A front end developer, a back end developer and a graphic designer, all worked on the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome is that I got exactly what I wanted. We are able to serve a huge number of customers who wouldn't have been able to reach unless for our ecommerce app.

Everyone in the team at some point stayed beyond their usual working hours to ensure completion of tasks. Quite pleased with the team and I highly recommend them.

The team is highly skilled, very motivated, and thinks outside the box to come up with creative solutions.

Nothing I can think of.

Brainbinary Infotech has provided full stack development for our platform from the very beginning. The biggest challenges have been working with our blockchain developers and integrating their work into the platform.

We found Brainbinary Infotech on Upwork and found them good communicators and well priced.

Full Stack, We provided basic architecture and design and they did the rest. A lot of ecommerce and custom coding.

There were 5 or 6 different people working over the full period of time, however it was Nihar Dodiya that was our primary contact.

They've done a great job and we will continue to use them as we grow.

Great communicators, we worked mostly over WhatsApp and Trello and occasionally Zoom.

They did a lot of research so that we felt confident we were always using the right plugin or technology.
