Brain Station 23 has been consistent in ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, often adding resources to ensure we are provided with a true service.  Most importantly they listen and adapt and are always looking at ways to offer improvement, our ongoing feedback is very important to them.  We have also now engaged BS23 to help provide our first line support to our clients which is working very effectively.
