Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

 To transition from our previous partner and learn and document the existing application as quickly as possible, implement scrum agile development including updating workflows in our existing Jira platform.  To work with us to continue to migrate legacy code to modern standards and then ongoing development of new features to meet our client demands as well  as ongoing improvements to the application.

Completing agreed transition within timeline, BS23 being able to demonstrate a good understanding of our objectives and requirements and most importantly delivery quality code that works as we expected it to.

 We use Jira.  Yes, the timelines were met and due to the complexity of our project, provided some additional resources during transition to ensure success

Their commitment and dedication to achieve the objectives. Brain Station 23 has been consistent in ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timeframes, often adding resources to ensure we are provided with a true service.  Most importantly they listen and adapt and are always looking at ways to offer improvement, our ongoing feedback is very important to them.  We have also now engaged BS23 to help provide our first line support to our clients which is working very effectively.
