I’m the owner of Urban Hikes Kansas City. We take four-mile hikes around the urban areas of downtown Kansas City.

I needed to hire an external resource to build my website.

I wanted an aesthetically pleasing and customer-friendly website.

I met Boyer Web Studios LLC. at a startup business workshop. I had coffee with one of the owners to see if they would be a good fit for me.

They built my website and created a design using actual photos from my hikes. They also created buttons to allow customers to book hikes with me easily.

I worked directly with two of their team members.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I now have an attractive and engaging website that I'm proud of. Customers book directly from my website, so an effective site is key to my business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was mostly through email, but we had phone calls to discuss key features. Boyer Web Studios LLC. was very responsive and detail-oriented.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Boyer Web Studios LLC. worked quickly, but most impressive was their personal touch. They came on my hikes both to take pictures for my site and to enjoy them as a family.

My website is running efficiently. Clients are happy that they can easily purchase their international travel insurance.
