I am a managing partner at an accounting firm.

We wanted a website that would be unique and leave an impression with visitors.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

BWP designed and built my website and worked with me to get the right look and feel, in line with my expectations.

How did you find BWP? Why did you choose to work with them? 

I found them via web search and decided to work with them based on the initial phone interview. Relative to some others, BWP sounded like they had the experience and expertise I was looking for.

How much have you invested with them? 

The total cost has probably been about $15-20K over the past 24 months, including follow-up projects. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in early 2019.  The first project was completed during the summer of 2019

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have seen reactions and positive feedback about the website, along with my own high level of satisfaction about the results based on what I was expecting. 

How did BWP perform from a project management standpoint? 

BWP was very responsive throughout the project and always accessible. Their team was flexible, showed interest in delivering what I wanted, and was willing to work with me to get it right.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

They have a great combination of accessibility, responsiveness, and consistently paying close attention to what I wanted. 

Are there any areas they could improve? 

Not really, just keep the same approach

Try to provide as much clarity as you can and provide examples upfront.

I’m the market access director and general counsel for Argenta Advisors. We’re a reimbursement consulting firm for medical device manufacturers.

We needed help with web design and PPC.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Boston Web Partners designed our website. They did our original web design years ago on our CMS. They recently revised it on a new CMS that’s better for our SEO purposes. They also manage our Google search campaigns and SEO efforts. They do keyword research and development as well. 

What is the team composition?

I work primarily with Jonathan (Digital Marketing Consultant and Practitioner) because we’re a long-term client of theirs. However, we’ve worked with other people for design projects, copywriting, copyediting, and anything else.

How did you come to work with Boston Web Partners LLC?

Someone else hired them at our firm. They did a competitive bidding process, and Boston Web Partners came out on top. The reasons they were brought on were because they had competitive prices and their design work was quality compared to others’.

How much have you invested with them?

We spend at least $1,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started in March 2014 and is ongoing. Boston Web Partners LLC is still managing our PPC campaigns and doing keyword development. We expect to do even more work with them in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re very satisfied. We like the look and feel of the site, and it works well for SEO purposes. We’re a low volume organization where a couple of leads per month is a pretty big deal for us. we don’t spend a lot on our search campaigns, but it’s still effective; they account for 50% of our total leads, and those leads are high-quality.

We share analytics through the site. I keep my finger on what we’re doing in terms of search rankings and paid advertising. I regularly go to them for information, and they always have it for me. 

How did Boston Web Partners LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve mostly worked on small projects, so we don’t need tools besides a quick note sheet between us. They always meet deadlines; in fact, they usually finish early enough so that we have time to go back and forth and make revisions. They’re also super receptive to go back and forth with feedback. They never give me the sense that we’re asking for too much when I ask for another design revision. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really like their flexibility and desire to listen. Even when we want to propose something that’s not the best idea, they always completely listen to us and take it all under consideration. Then they’ll explain better alternatives to us. I appreciate their availability and responsiveness as well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

It could be great if they could help us dig deeper into how our web marketing interacts with our real-world marketing and help make our plan more cohesive. That’s no knock against them; if I ask them, they’ll probably do it. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Take the time to get to know them, and don’t be afraid to throw out ideas and suggest things – they’re really receptive to it.

Boston Web Partners helped train us in Adwords and research back end data to help us with keyword utilization and overall improvements for the website so that we could improve organic searches and drive business to our website.

What was the team composition?

It was a small team. We are a small family owned business so it was 1 person on our side working with Boston Web Partners. The helped determine where changes could be made and over time, the 1 person implemented the back end changes suggested.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Education on Google Adwords was a major outcome and our increase in Adword performance was a second success. We are still striving to achieve higher rankings in organic search results but the time commitment on our side (especially now in the middle of the pandemic is slowing us down a bit)

Boston Web Partners is handling our overall digital SEO strategy in both Boston and Palm Beach. They also handle the strategic placement of our Google ads and other channels allowing us to gain increasing visibility and leads.

The goal was to increase our rankings through continual improvement of SEO and placement of targeted Google ads along with remarketing banner efforts.

We have an ongoing close working relationship with the Principle of the firm, Jon Eilberg, who is instrumental in making sure that our agenda and vision don't get diluted. His support staff are responsive to our needs as well.

Boston Web Partners’ work has been translating into an ongoing acquisition of leads giving our company increased exposure throughout the relevant marketplace niche. Monthly reporting ensures we are always on track.
