We needed to refresh our website due to a brand refresh. We wanted to elevate the site and make it more modern with a clean aesthetic. We also wanted to make it more engaging and interactive.Additionally, we wanted to make sure we could accomplish the 5-second rule, which is to explain who we are, what we do, who we do it for, and why you should care within the first five seconds, and all above the fold on the homepage. We also needed to convey a high-level overview of our extensive product offering, which was no easy task.

We just launched the site, so it’s too new to share quantitative results. However, Transflo’s leadership and employees loved the new site. We had a tall order to accomplish, and Bop Design’s team exceeded our goal with the new design.

What challenge were you trying to address with Bop Design?

We wanted to launch a new website that would make it clearer to visitors what solutions are available to help them. Our company has built a strong reputation and a large group of industry contacts who interact with us via webinars, monthly emails, conference presentations, etc. We had lots of website visits but not the volume of sales opportunities we desired. The new website was intended to provide ways for users to see themselves and the services we offer that clearly match up with the problems they are facing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Bop Design has redesigned our brand messaging, recreated the sitemap, and improved the UX with an easier path to identify based on either the type of school or the type of service needed. The team has completed copywriting for 10 pages while also providing guidance and templates for us to use on the pages we were writing. Bop Design is also responsible for SEO across the website. The team has handled the web development for all the pages on our new website.Bop Design provides ongoing support for the first 30 days after the launch.

We’ve just launched the website, so we mainly have the details about the new pages across the site. Everyone in our company has expressed appreciation for how the website looks. A few clients have commented that the new look is “crisper.” Everyone likes the new dropdown menus for “Services” and “Who We Serve.”

Each phase of the project has been on time, and Bop Design has delivered a little ahead of schedule. We mainly communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

A new website is a big project, but we always knew where the project stood and what was needed to deliver. When there are questions from either side, we get on a call and talk through them instead of going back and forth.

Some of our turnaround times have been pretty tight, but I’ve been driving them to finish ahead of the typical timeline outlined during our introductory calls.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Bop Design was able to understand our unique and complex business proposition and help us tell that story effectively online. While we do not have specific metrics to share, our parent company was supportive with no changes, and internally there has been good feedback. Their team was always timely in their responses, ensured we understood every step of the process, and were transparent with pricing. I also appreciated that right before launch, they had a team ready to make rolling changes as needed.

Bop Design was consistently on top of project management. Although there was a delay due to a team member's health concern, they were transparent about the timeline and communicative about how they would rectify the situation.

They understood the challenges our company faced with our long lead and complex B2B sales process. They were thorough in their discovery process, asking detailed questions to ensure they understood our needs and could provide the best advice and content for the new site.

We’re an LTL carrier providing overnight freight delivery and distribution services across the Pacific Northwest, serving over 300 communities with a network of 17 terminals and advanced tracking technology.

This project involved the strategic redesign and development of the Origin One website, paired with a refreshed brand identity and new logo design that aligns with the organization’s positioning as a modern, AI-driven occupational health technology platform. The goal was to elevate Origin One’s digital presence to reflect innovation, credibility, and market leadership, while improving usability for key audiences including labs, TPAs, clinics, mobile collectors, MROs, and employers.

The engagement included end-to-end UX/UI strategy, logo and visual identity development, full website design and build, content strategy and migration, and technical integrations. The goal of the new site was to emphasize clear communication of Origin One’s value propositions; paperless electronic chain of custody workflows, instant reporting, modular SaaS, and seamless billing,  supporting both lead generation and product education.

The scope spanned discovery through launch: stakeholder and user research to inform design direction, creation of logo concepts and brand assets, development of wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, responsive and SEO-optimized website development, CRM and marketing automation integration, analytics setup, and accessibility compliance.

The project team collaborated closely with Origin One stakeholders to ensure messaging, UX, and design accurately reflect the platform’s capabilities and differentiators, while delivering a scalable infrastructure for content and future product additions. Following launch, training, documentation, and optional support services were provided to ensure the site and brand assets are seamlessly adopted and maintained.

Success for the Origin One website project is demonstrated through improved brand recognition, stronger website performance, and measurable growth in engagement and lead generation. Key indicators include increased traffic, better search visibility, reduced bounce rates, higher conversions on demo and contact CTAs, and faster load times.

Additionally, the project’s success includes the on-time delivery and launch of the new website, meeting agreed milestones and ensuring a smooth transition without disruption to marketing or sales activities.

The only minor area for improvement would be around clarifying timing and deliverables on the client side.
