BOP was able to rebuild and redesign our website to be able to manage using low code processes. Considering we were going through a brand refresh during the course of this project, we needed to apply the same language but with an updated look and better functionality.

We are now able to directly manage and make updates to the site! We can now more efficiently create new landing pages and update content.

I found the project management style to be the most impressive and unique. We were able to see live updates on the progress of the site and be able to comment directly in the dev site to have any edits made.

The support post-launch could be improved. During the website developement, I received fast responses, but during the period after, there were a couple of times I reached out for help and needed to send follow-up messages before getting a response.

Bop was originally brought on board to develope and execute a website overhaul, including a redesign according to new brand standards. We kept them onboard to run our digital marketing efforts through several different platforms, including adroll.com and google ads. 

Bop delivered a top tier website that was so incredible we decided to hire them for a second website overhaul!

We have seen huge improvements to our site traffic due to the improved SEO and improved content and design on mytonsils.com. Google ads and the retargeting ads through adroll have also been a huge help, and Bop created a monthly metric dashboard so that we could measure our progress and I could report back to the key stakeholders.

Bop was INCREDIBLY responsive! Any delays experienced were because of our internal red tape, never because of Bop. They would turn around edits in record time and were always available to talk through any ideas we brought to the table. I couldn't imagine a better team to work with.

What was most impressive to me about Bop is how personal the experience working with them felt. You could tell that they cared about the project, but I also found that I developed a friendship with every Bop team member I worked with. They are truly masters of their craft and it was such a pleasure to learn from and work with their team.

We leveraged several digital tools throughout the project that gave our team insights into what was being worked on and provided us with an opportunity to provide input and updates quickly.

From the beginning, one of the things that stood out to me about Bop Design was the fact that they were focused on helping us achieve our goals. From the first call, they took our information, asked questions, and provided us with a proposal that was only focused on our key priorities. Many other vendors tried to upsell or persuade us to add on additional services that we did not have a need for, but Bop Design listened to our needs and focused on our key priorities. I was impressed with their ability to learn our business quickly and understand the nuances that needed to be addressed with our website. They were truly an extension of our internal marketing team during this project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project had a very detailed project timeline with dates showing the length it would take to complete, due dates, client feedback, meetings/milesones/checkpoints. Anytime something was delayed by either BOP or us internally, the timeline was updated and communications to everyone were sent out. The timeline had 6 stages: Discovery, Plan, Design, Copy, Develop, Launch. Throughout the entire process BOP team was on top of every deliverable and making sure to communicate to us how success was defined for each stage.

Yes they did. It was very detailed across the 6 stages of the plan and was very easy to follow the project timeline. The tools used were great and made it very easy to stay on track, even with a fully distributed team

3. I'm familiar with WordPress, so I don't need much training on the backend, but someone less familiar would need more hands-on learning.

As part of our new management team, our company underwent a renaming, relocation, and rebranding of the business during 2024. BOP Design was hired by our company to create a brand new logo, color scheme, and aesthetic for this new business. The design work was focused on creating a minimalist, contemporary-looking logo that captured the underlying notions behind our new name. This was coupled with designing a curated color scheme to help drive forward the aesthetic.

This approach forced us to push the rebranding concepts even further and tighten them up, so BOP provided us with more than just a digital product. It is rare that a vendor can provide a firm-wide impact when working on a small component, so the team is truly talented, experienced, and professional in our opinion.

Unfortunately, the final website product needs extensive backend work to improve load times and website speeds. It seems that multiple languages were a challenge for the team, and based on a review of the backend, they simply created 5 copies of the website. Hence our issues with load times.
