Boost One SEO handled the SEO work for our company website. The scope included an initial SEO audit, keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and recommendations to improve our overall search visibility. They optimized key pages, reviewed metadata and site structure, addressed technical issues affecting SEO, and worked on improving our rankings for relevant industry keywords. They also provided ongoing monitoring and recommendations focused on increasing qualified organic traffic and generating more leads through search.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

We saw a clear improvement in our organic search performance after the SEO work. Several of our target keywords improved in Google rankings, our search visibility and organic impressions increased, and we started seeing more relevant organic traffic to the website. Most importantly, the quality of incoming traffic improved and we began receiving more qualified inquiries through organic search.

Jonathan was very easy to work with and communicated clearly throughout the project. Everything was delivered on time, and he was always responsive whenever we had questions or needed changes. He kept us updated on the progress and was proactive in addressing any SEO issues or recommendations along the way. Overall, the project was managed smoothly and professionally.

His responsiveness and attention to detail also made the whole process very easy to work through.

Nothing significant comes to mind.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

When we first brought them on, our website was barely getting any organic traffic and our Google Ads were just kind of running on autopilot without much strategy. They started with a complete audit of our site and identified a bunch of technical issues that were holding us back, things like slow page speeds and indexing problems we had no idea about.

From there, they built out a comprehensive keyword strategy focused on placement and recruitment terms that actually matter in our market. They rewrote a lot of our website content to be more search-friendly while still sounding natural, and created new pages targeting specific industries we recruit for.

On the ads side, they completely restructured our campaigns, tightened up our targeting, and rewrote our ad copy. They also adjusted our bidding strategies to focus on conversions rather than just clicks, which made a huge difference.

The key deliverables included monthly reports showing our ranking progress, traffic growth, and lead metrics. They also provided quarterly strategy sessions where they'd walk us through what was working and what adjustments they were making. Within about 4-5 months, we went from basically invisible online to ranking on page one for most of our target keywords, and our inquiry volume nearly tripled.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were honestly better than we expected. We went from ranking nowhere, like page 3 or 4 if we showed up at all, to first page rankings for virtually all of our target recruitment keywords. Our organic traffic increased significantly, and we started getting inquiries through our website that we weren't getting before.

On the Google Ads side, they managed to lower our cost per conversion by a noticeable amount while actually increasing the volume of leads. We're getting nearly triple the number of calls and inquiries compared to before, all while staying within the same monthly ad budget we had previously.

One of the coolest unexpected wins was that when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT about placement agencies in Quebec, we actually show up in those responses now. That's brought in some additional business from a channel we didn't even know existed.

Overall, our cost per lead dropped, our lead volume went way up, and we're finally seeing a real return on our marketing investment. It's made a tangible difference in our ability to bring in new clients. They delivered everything they promised and then some. The SEO work was thorough and effective, the Google Ads optimization exceeded our expectations, and all reports and deliverables were professional and easy to understand.  They delivered real, measurable results, communicated clearly throughout, and genuinely seemed invested in our success. This is exactly what you want from an agency partnership. We'd absolutely work with them again and have already recommended them to other businesses in our network.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project management was really solid. They assigned us a dedicated account manager from day one, so we always knew who to reach out to with questions or concerns. Reports came through like clockwork every month, never had to chase them down for updates, which was refreshing.

Communication was excellent overall. They were very responsive on email, usually getting back to us within a few hours during business hours. When we had bigger questions or wanted to discuss strategy, they were always willing to hop on a call. They also proactively reached out when they noticed opportunities or issues that needed our attention.

Everything was delivered on time - whether it was the initial audit, content revisions, or monthly reports. When we asked for changes or had specific requests, they turned things around quickly. There were a couple times we needed to adjust our strategy mid-stream based on what was happening with our business, and they were flexible and adapted without any pushback.

Honestly, it felt like they were part of our team rather than just an outside vendor. They genuinely seemed invested in our success, which made the whole experience much better than previous agencies we've worked with. Never had to chase them down for anything. When we requested changes or had specific needs, they turned things around quickly and kept us updated throughout the process. The ROI has been clear - we're getting nearly triple the inquiries for the same ad budget, our cost per conversion dropped significantly, and the organic traffic we're now getting essentially pays for their services many times over. Worth every dollar.

What was your primary form of communication with Boost One SEO?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really stood out was how much they actually cared about results, not just doing the work and moving on. A lot of SEO companies will tell you what they're doing but you never really see if it's working. With Boost One, the results spoke for themselves, we could see our rankings climbing, our phone ringing more, and our ad costs going down. That accountability was huge for us.

The AI optimization piece was something we'd never even heard of before. The fact that they were ahead of the curve on getting us visible in ChatGPT and other AI tools showed they're not just doing the same cookie-cutter stuff as everyone else. They're actually thinking about where search is heading.

I'd also say their communication style was refreshingly straightforward. They explained things in plain language without all the technical jargon that makes you feel like you need a degree in computer science to understand what's happening. When something wasn't working, they told us and pivoted. When something was working well, they doubled down on it.

Overall, it just felt like they genuinely wanted us to succeed. They treated our business like it mattered, which unfortunately isn't always the case with agencies. If you're looking for an SEO and Google Ads partner that actually delivers results and doesn't just talk a good game, Boost One is the real deal.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Boost One SEO could have done differently?

Honestly, it's hard to find much to criticize given how well everything went. If I had to mention something, it would be that in the very beginning, there was a bit of a learning curve for them to fully understand our specific industry and the nuances of recruitment in Quebec. It took a few weeks and some back-and-forth conversations before they really got the terminology and what our clients are actually searching for. But once they understood it, they were great.

Other than that, maybe just more frequent check-ins early on would have been nice . like bi-weekly instead of monthly in the first couple months, just so we felt more in the loop while they were making all these changes. But that's really nitpicking. Once we got into a rhythm, the monthly cadence worked perfectly fine.

Overall, we're very happy with how things went and wouldn't change much about the experience.
