When we first came to Boom Logic years ago, our clinic was struggling and could barely afford IT support at all. Arthur and his team took us on anyway and worked with us where we were. That's not something you forget. Today they handle just about everything technology for us — our IT and helpdesk, cybersecurity, phones, cloud servers and backups, and the network across all of our locations, even our 340B reporting. For a community health clinic, systems being up isn't a convenience, it's patient care, and they treat it that way. We've grown a lot since those early days, and Boom Logic has been part of that growth every step of the way. One team, one call, and things get handled. I'd recommend them to any healthcare organization without hesitation.
