Bombieri made the rodar.app application, updated the company's website and redesigned the company logo. Today, we have digital marketing plans to develop the company's social networks and a service to maintain the application.

For what projects/services did your company hire Bombieri?

I wanted to discover and define the first model of our platform, like a prototype with interactive mockups. Our goal was to have a user-friendly platform that allows our users to access information, and enter data in an easy way.

How did you select this vendor?

I met the company through its founder who gave me an excellent impression regarding the seriousness, knowledge and responsibility of his company. That's why we select them.

We worked together all the time with recurrent virtual meetings. At first, we started from a sketch and some definitions to create the first prototype, and then we goes improving and refining that prototype.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Overall project, we work with one UI/UX designers and a Team Manager (the main point of contact).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It is not a confidential prototype under study.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very good, we met via zoom and WhatsApp to communicate and the prototype was developed in Figma, which is a collaborative platform that allows comments in real time.

We appreciate their knowledge and willingness to assist us and achieve an optimal job.

We worked the project well the way we did.

I’m in charge of Direction of Production of city council of Concepción del Uruguay. We work to improve the conditions of companies and industry allocated in this city.

We wanted to develop an e-commerce to facilitate the access to essentials stuff during the lockdown in 2020, at the same time, to give to entrepreneur a tool to maintain the commerce in our city.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Bombieri is a local firm that’s work on IT since 2009 giving employment to people of our city.

We have some meetings to define the project scope, then Bombieri’s team sent us some prototypes to give they feedback. We work on an e-commerce marketplace platform that allows too companies of our city publish their products during the lockdown in 2020.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A team-manager was assigned to be my main point of contact. I don’t have communication with de development team, only with the team-manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We had a fantastic time-to-market. We worked together in three phases. The firstone was delivered in only two days. It was a company catalog to share contact information about every store in the city, reaching +100k visits first week. The second one was a marketplace integrated with payment options and the third one was a mobile application that allows check the price of products included in the basic bastket of National Government.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The management was really good, we had all the information about the project progress and deadlines. We communicated with Whatsapp, Drive and Email, to share information about the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The velocity to deploy new solutions to market and how they evolve that after the launch.
