I meet Bombieri through Freelancer.com portal, where we made the first project together in 2018. The hour rate was perfect to work like partners in this kind of projects.

I have some meetings with clients to know the business requirements, and I provide that information to Bombieri’s team, to build the software and deploy them for our customers.

The first project was developed and deploy within 1 month, and after that we work together in other small size projects.

The management was very good, we had weekly meetings to review deadlines and the solution evolution. We communicated with Google Meet, Drive and Email, to share information about the project’s requirements.

We wanted to develop the integration between our ERP and MercadoLibre services to allow exchange information about payments, products, and prices.

Was a real team-work, we have some meetings to define the project scope, and we had in touch weekly evolving the solutions in an iterative way. The first release resolved the payments integration, where the user of the ERP can generate a new Payment button to share with their customers, he only see one button with few options, but the hearth of this solutions is in the backend, connecting with MercadoLibre y MercadoPago to create the payment preferences.

The next release included features about publications, to share information about products on the marketplace of MercadoLibre. This phase, required a lot of work, to refine every feature to give a really good experience for our ERP’s users.

A team-manager was assigned to be my main point of contact, and a technical leader who sent us every source code version to our repository. Our technical team reviewed each release to ensure the quality of the code.

We had a very good results. We deployed the solutions in phases, each one with more features than previous.

We wanted to develop a mobile app for our users to access device usage information from their phones. Our goal was to have a user-friendly app that allows our users to access information about the usage of our main product: the Bipmov.

The Bombieri work is well known in this region, I have a friend relationship with Mirco, the Bombieri’s CEO, and we chose work with this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We have some discovery meetings to discuss our goals, and we provide their team with designs. Within first month, they delivered the first version for Android devices, then they incorporated our feedback and delivered the revised version on iOS too.

The app was developed and deploy within 3 months, but that was not launched to market because we decided redesign our hardware component.

It was completed on time and we have been using it for 8 years without any problems, making some updates annually to meet needs that arise during this time.

We now have a CRM up and running, and all our company information is already in the right digital folder. We're also having more efficient meetings due to the use of Trello and many other benefits. For example, 100% of our storage is in the right folders, 80% of our activity is already running on CRM, our meetings are 20% more efficient, and 85% of our staff is using AI on a normal basis.
