I was able to raise enough capital to cover the development of the app based on the outstanding UI/UX that was designed and the very early phases of development. Currently pushing out a waitlist that I'm certain will bring loads of traction to my application based on the finished MVP.

Peer reviews multiple times a week where we discussed progress and goals to help shape the project as it came to the final form.. I was happy and encouraged at the end of every meeting we had and my ideas were heard and taken into consideration which was a clear demonstration of progress every week for me.

We always kept in touch, and he was very meticulous to consider any questions I had at any given point in time to make sure I was confident in where it was turning. He was always transparent about what was going on and trust was established immediately. Every response to my question left me feeling satisfied and confident that my questions or ideas were heard. 

The project came out exactly how we envisioned it and was truly the best experience I could have gotten from hiring a ui/ux designer.

The level of professionalism but also familiarity we had throughout the project, we both sat with the same ideas or added onto one another throughout the project. Him being there to listen and convert my ideas into something clean professional and ready for the market.

I truly think it would've been a disaster if I had a team who wasn't on the same page as me or able to take my ideas and turn it into something tangible but they did, and that for me counts more than enough for unique-ness in a company.

This level of commitment from the top down was both impressive and unique. 

Additionally, their receptiveness to feedback was commendable. On the few occasions when their initial work did not align perfectly with our expectations, they listened attentively to our concerns, took our feedback to heart, and made appropriate changes without hesitation. This adaptability and willingness to ensure client satisfaction were not just impressive but also fostered a collaborative and productive working relationship.

While our experience with BluPalms was overwhelmingly positive, there are a few areas where we think they could enhance their services. Firstly, having an in-house expert specializing in branding, and someone who could specifically handle prototype user testing would be a valuable addition. 

This would provide a more holistic service, ensuring that the app not only functions seamlessly but also resonates with the target audience from a branding perspective all under one roof. Secondly, introducing an ongoing monthly subscription service for app maintenance beyond the initial coverage window would be highly beneficial.
